Jun 30,2023Purchased a Jetboil from them which was faulty. Tried for the first time and ended up melting a part of the product due to a high flame that couldn’t be controlled. Tried to send it back for a refund, but they put the blame on me and refused. £120 down the drain. Never again.

Jun 27,2023Poor customer service when I had to return an item. Returns.policy not very visible on website and when ordering. No return labels or packaging provided. Customer service person had immature approach when he I started to complain- they should be trained how to speak to disgruntled Customers, he just made the situation worse and wasn't even able to tell me where on the website it explained the returns policy.
