Ordered tent 10 days ago, noted as in stock and delivery times of 2-6 days. 6 working days gone, had to phone up to ask about the order, apparently it never "got sent to the warehouse", but told should be with me by the end of the week. 10 days gone, had to phone again to ask about order. Apparently then waiting on an item, not coming till next week. Purchased for holiday this weekend. No communications along the way, i had to chase both times, and upshot is, don't have a tent for holiday with the family, really upsetting, and nothing bar a "o sorry" from Leisure Outlet, not good enough.

Jun 22,2023I recieved great service from Leisure Outlet this week. After initially not recieving delivery when expected because one item was out of stock, i contacted them, and Imram despatched the main item which was recieved next day delivery, and the other item arrived a day later. The price was very competetive too.
