Jun 16,2023Had an issue with a cover we had ordered for our caravan and had to send it back. Millie arranged for Yodel to collet on a day that suited me and this went very smoothly. Millie has dealt with our query and request for an alternative, and although she was new to the job and still learning, she did a good job. Once the parcel had been collected by Yodel, it was only after this that everything seemed to slow down as the department that took delivery of it at Leisure Outlet apparently worked on returns in date order and had a backlog. That is my only criticism of this company - the slowness in which the return and reissue of the covers was dealt with.

Jun 15,2023I placed an order with a delivery period of 3-5 working days, as advertised. 10 x working days later and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. I phoned twice, and each time I phone the delivery date changes. Tracked my order online today and the date has changed again.

Jun 15,2023I had a problem while out camping ( broken item) and Leisure Outlet responded to my email very promptly. As soon as I filled in the support form with the details they emailed to update on progress and have now arranged a replacement part to be sent to me. So nice to deal with people who understand and are personable. I won’t hesitate to order from them again.
