Jun 21,2024Fantastic service, initial underwrite and approval within hours! The underwriter Jordan called me and instructed valuation, client couldn't facilitate next day valuation but could in 2 days time. Valuation assessed and offer all within 4 days. This was not a vanilla case either. First case with LendInvest, I hope to place many more with them

May 17,2024LendInvest are one of the quickest lenders out there. I can't rate them high enough. I have used them plenty for Buy to Let in the past and their application process is market leading. I have also recently submitted an application to them for residential and the Underwriter picked up the phone and talked through the case and this helped the application go from submitted to Offered within 5 days. More of this service within the industry please!

May 08,2024I am in investor. 100% of 6 loans have gone bad. They have little idea of what they are doing, and as for recoveries they simply take the storey given to them by the borrower and mark the file forward. This is not a way to recover money. It is clear they are used to good time lending and have little experience in real world recoveries. I have emailed a complaint to then what was answered by Grace is customer services that says no problem all is well. It is not. The head of Risk was then supposed to be in touch but never did. I emailed the CEO - no reply. They are not lending their money but yours and simply dont care. Dont invest with them.

May 01,2024First time using LendInvest and I could not fault the service! Ran over some initial case queries with our BDM Ed. Quick responses and reassurance - managed to get the case placed on a better product than first expected. Jordan, the underwriter was very helpful. Always kept us updated. A couple of issues popped up following valuation however Jordan and Ed helped us get the case back on track. From application to offer within 13 working days with some valuation works along the way - can't complain!

May 01,2024My Client had a high value barn conversion that had been completed to a very high standard but due to the structure of the build very few lenders would consider lending on it. Mar 30,2024I can confidently recommend Lendinvest to you from a long term platform investor point of view. I have been investing continuously since 2016 - many hundreds of thousands of pounds - and I try to invest in every loan that comes onto the platform. In that time there has only been one loan that I remember losing a little bit of capital on but when the interest paid was taken into account, net, I was up on the investment. I have reviewed all the Lendinvest investor Trustpilot 1 to 3 star reviews and I can dismiss all of them based on my experience and understanding of what the Lendinvest platform actually is, does and how it actually performs over the long term*. Retail investors should not invest if they do not understand the nature of investing on the Lendinvest platform. Lendinvest loans are capped at one year so yes because of that and the nature of their lending some loans will run over term. After that Lendinvest balances supporting the borrower & getting repaid. I have encountered no problems with how Lendinvest does that. And I believe Lendinvest gets that balance right. I have found Lendinvest to be extremely professional & impressive as an organisation. My whole experience with them has been exceptionally good. To date I have had zero problems, issues or complaints. I have always found the Lendinvest platform to be very impressive too and very well designed, good looking and easy to use. I also had about £120,000 in two Lendinvest bonds which paid out and paid back on time with no problems. I just want to say a sincere thank-you to all the Lendinvest staff and management. Thank-you for making my experience so happy & positive over the years. I have got a lot out of it, not just in interest paid but also in having had a great experience & learning about your industry too. * One interesting note: because so many loans are paid back on time it can appear that you have a number of in arrears / out of term / a couple of enforcement loans. Indeed you have. But consider this: to get that total you may have been invested in 400 loans. 300 of them have been re-paid so have dropped off the radar. Out of the 100 live loans left, the problem loans now appear to be a bigger percentage of your loan book. Investors have to understand this and keep it in mind. One final small note re 1 to 3 star reviews - dealflow. The pipeline over the year does not produce a consistent number of loans every month. That is not the nature of the industry. As with every industry there are peaks and troughs.

He was diligent on the case and assessed case requirements in a timely manner. My clients are over the moon, and will be moving into their dream home soon! Feb 23,2024Smooth underwriting process and fast turn round, with an offer available inside 4 working days. As a broker Lendinvest have been a pleasure to deal with. I had a complex income case using director's salary, net profit from accounts (on two limited companies) and some additional partnership income. Needed to use all this income for affordability reasons where using just salary and dividends would fail. I discussed the case initially with Shane the BDM and was able to speak directly to Jordan who was underwriting the case and who fully understood the case and income from the broker's perspective. Really great service, two very happy customers as they had tried themselves to get a mortgage and failed. Many thanks.

I have been a Mortgage Broker for years, and truly notice and appreciate when a lender works like Lendinvest and Jordan did here. Natwest said no to my client, and I placed their residential re-mortgage application with Lendinvest, and it got to Offer stage in 6 working-days, and this included Valuation too! Thank you so much to Jordan and Lendinvest.
