I have purchased my tickets for the wrong date by accident and was not able to reach the company by phone, email or contact form. The generic answer was that my request would be answered in 1 to 4 days while the tickets were bought to be used in 2 days. Very difficult customer service, when using make sure everything is correct because it is impossible to make any changes further.

DO NOT book with Let's Ferry... Our trip was cancelled due to COVID and we were provided with the assurance that we would receive a refund after the required 18-month waiting period. We were then asked to return the vouchers (at our expense) and received confirmation of receipts. A refund was to be issued in March but only delay tactics since then. Now they are completely unresponsive to our inquiries. Would never book with then again. We had other ferry transport booked directly with Greekferries and receive our refund ages ago.
Έκλεισα και πλήρωσα τα εισητηρια μου δυστυχώς τηλεφωνικά και η υπάλληλος τα έκοψε σε λάθος ημερομηνία και το λάθος το δικό τους το πλήρωσα εγώ φυσικά .Δεν δέχτηκαν ούτε να τα αφήσουν σε ανοιχτή ημερομηνία και ο ένας τα έριχνε στον άλλο.Αισχος δεν έχω να πω κάτι άλλο .
Very expensive, I emailed to ask why they are so expensive but got no reply, sadly this was my fault for not shopping around. We are booked for the Kos - Leros ferry in June, I hope all goes well!
En mayo 2020 anulamos los viajes de barco con let's ferry, nos ofrecieron el reembolso si esperábamos 18 meses y no habíamos podido acudir a Grecia. Después de 18 meses (diciembre pasado) pedí el reembolso, y me dijeron que si, ya que estaba dentro de las condiciones. 5 meses más tarde sigo esperando este reembolso, siempre son muy amables pero el dinero no lo veo.
Terrible customer service and scam!!! I booked in March 2020 and it was cancelled due to Covid. I requested a refund and was told I had to wait 18 months, which I did. However the 18 months were up in December and I have been constantly emailing back and forth with customer service with my refund being constantly being pushed out due to ‘high volume of refund requests.’ I was told I would get my refund in March which I never did!!! Doubt I’ll ever see my money again, do not use this company!!!!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I booked ferry tickets in December of 2019 for a trip in July of 2020. They continued to use the "Greece Mandate" as an excuse for 2 years to not refund my tickets. Now it is 2 months past the 18 month expiration and they still have not processed the refund - citing that they have a high volume and can only process a few each day and that I should expect the refund in March. I have 0 confidence I will ever see my money back. The Greece Mandate actually said that companies are obliged to process the refund within 30 days of the 18 month expiration so I will be filing a complaint with the European consumer website. Do not bother to book with this company if travelling, it is very easy to just walk up to the port when you arrive and find a ferry and book directly with the boat. I will never use this scam company again and warn other travelers from their bad business practices.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THIEVES! They have refused to give us our money back for tickets purchased in March 2020.When Covid hit they refused to refund till 18mths after the trip was supposed to take place. Now 20 months later they still refuse to refund!! DO NOT USE THEM!
Suite à plusieurs péripéties nous avons demandé le remboursement des billets 18h avant le départ. Et selon leur barèmes inscrit sur leur site internet nous devions être remboursé de 40% du montant total. Hors leur réponse a été de nier leur propre condition en acceptant aucun remboursement. Je déconseille cette compagnie.
PLEASE DON T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!They have taken my money twice for the tickets and then they said it was some kind of an error and I haven t received a thing !Be aware please! Not to mention that they said that the seats were available and then when the error appeared they were gone.These sites always seemed sketchy to me but i didn t think that they will take my money not once but twice.I tried to call them.Of course they didn t answear .They are n t that stupid.If you are a foreign traveler this is definetly not the option for you.

We needed to rearrange entirely the trip we had booked last year and had to cancel . From the moment I started dealing with Kleri she responded swiftly and always with the best solutions adapted to our needs . THANK YOU !. I cannot recommend Lets Ferry highly enough . I love Greece and the Greeks . Can't wait for the holiday to finally begin !
My experience was very pleasant. They were very helpful and fixed our issue (change the date) with no problem.
Je ne suis pas du tout satisfaite des services de le'ts ferry. En fait cette société vend des tickets pour différentes compagnies grecques. Nous avons du annuler nos billets en avril 2020 à cause du COVID et avons fait notre voyage en octobre. Très difficile de récupérer mon avoir : mon interlocuteur ne comprenait pas mes mails ou mettait longtemps à répondre, nous a donné des open voucher que sur certains trajets en fonction des compagnies (le reste de ce qu'ils nous doivent 150€ récupérable sous 18 mois !!). De plus ils se sont trompés sur l'âge de nos filles et on a dû payer des suppléments sur les bateaux pour 3 trajets. Je déconseille donc Let's ferry mais quand on réserve de France et qu'on cherche sur internet, on tombe sur ce site !! Par contre les bateaux en eux-mêmes marchent très bien.
Like many others, I am unable to travel to Greece due to the pandemic. I sent an e-mail to Let'sFerry asking for my options. I included all of the details that they list on their website when contacting them for ferry changes/refunds. It's been over a week now and I've followed-up with them and still no response. I don't know if you will get a better customer service experience booking directly through the ferry companies or perhaps another booking website, but I can say definitively that any foreign traveler should AVOID Let's Ferry at all costs. Not only do they keep all of your money, but they ignore you as well.
Hello team, My ferry got cancelled for 3rd may 2020 and no refund instead a long wait of 18months for the refund. I am sure I won't be able to travel again to Europe for some personal reasons. So before leaving Europe, I wanted to get the refund. Is there not any way to get the refund in this year if the pandemic slows or ferry services start smoothly?
BEWARE!!! This company is absolutely horrible. They WILL NOT REFUND during the pandemic. Instead, they offer an 18 month certificate and if you don't use it ONLY THEN will they refund. Our trip was scheduled for Sept 2020. So I guess 2022 is when we'll get our refund? Taking advantage of a global pandemic is incompressible. This company should be investigated and everyone please beware before booking!!!
Άψογη εξυπηρέτηση. Χρειάστηκε να αλλάξω τα εισιτήρια για το πλοίο, επειδή ακυρώθηκε η πτήση μας. Αν και δεν ήταν υπαιτιότητα του Let's Ferry, έγινε η αλλαγή μέσα σε 2-3 μέρες.

Sep 19,2024Vergognosi! NON UTILIZZATE ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTO SITO PER PRENOTARE I VOSTRI TRAGHETTI PERCHE NON AVRETE LA GARANZIA DI POTER PARTIRE. Ci hanno cancellato SOLO qualche giorno prima di partire ben DUE TRAGHETTI e lo abbiamo scoperto tramite il bonifico del rimborso arrivato sul mio conto. Si certo, ce li hanno rimborsati, ma ora noi siamo in Grecia e siamo costrette a prenotare all'ultimo minuto DUE TRAGHETTI che costano chiaramente IL TRIPLO di quanto gli avevamo pagati. CHE VERGOGNA!
