As usual, privacy and comfort are taken seriously at Lexus Woodford, and the knowledgeable service provided by Matthew was excellent. He was able to answer our questions and made our decisions easy and the whole process completely painless - apart from paying for the car, that is.

Jan 29,2020They have failed to provide an Owners Manual for a pre-owned car in December despite repeated requests. Surely an Owners Manual informing the owner of everything the car had loaded etc should be supplied automatically?
