Nobody likes taking their car in for a service you know its going to cost but my experience at lexus woodford has always been warm, welcoming and coffee and biscuits fuelled by the lovely Emma Jukes and Tracie Clark a business thrives on its welcome so I pay up ans say thank to E & T

I just love Lexus their customer service has always been above my expectation. Every time I change my car I keep going back to them. I have just had a service done and Az was spectacular. Love Lexus can’t wait to come back to see you guys …as for the cars they are amazing

Took my old RX in because of a suspension sensor issue. So, diagnostic flagged what we suspected was the issue, replaced one sensor but unfortunately this did not resolve the issue. The service team manager and her team, especially Ashif could not have been more helpful, they sorted me out a courtesy vehicle at very short notice to make sure I was mobile for the weekend. Frustratingly the part required is on back order and won’t arrive for a few weeks, really not their fault, but again they showed real care and consideration for me as their customer. Yes, main dealers do cost more than other local repair shops, but, my bad was asking a local repair shop to do a basic thing for me and I suspect that because of their lack of knowledge, they may have caused the issue that I now have to resolve. Very much a false economy! The team at Lexus Woodford have made the whole experience a lot less stressful than it could have been.

National Recall re Fuel Vent Tube, main dealer is quite a way from me so I had arranged a courtesy car but when I arrived I asked if they could do the job immediately & save me møre travelling back n forth. Tracie Clark sought the Service guys & Ashif Perwaiz looked at schedules & moved my car up so I could have it done while I waited. I even saw Errol (Sales) still going strong c12/13 years after selling me my first Lexus. Great service & attention from all involved.
