Feb 12,2024I bought a car from them a few days ago. I was warmly welcomed from the doorstep. Mrs. Poppy invited me in and showed me a place to sit and offered me something to drink. During a nice conversation I received all the necessary information. The car was handed over very nicely and without any delays. I recommend Lexus Woodford.

Jan 27,2024Hey Poppy, I hope you're doing well. I recently purchased a car from your dealership on December 2nd, 2023. Unfortunately, less than a month after buying it, the car was stolen. I wanted to reach out to inquire about a few things. Firstly, I noticed that a feature called "cam view" was installed in the car, even though I didn't request it. I'd like to understand why this was added without my consent. Additionally, I'm wondering if there are any measures or support that the dealership can provide in the unfortunate event of a stolen vehicle. I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can offer. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Looking forward to your response.

Jan 23,2024I tried to buy a lexus from the woodford branch on many occations , they are not intrested No one calls back when you leave details , I went there spoke to a girl she took my details and Guess what never contacted me again , went back twice , Test drove a Rx 450 wanted to buy No one ever got back to me , Went back again looked at a UX 250 h again no one got back to me so I saw one in a Volvo dealership in crawley Ux 250 h They done a very professional deal customer service was 2000% the even rang a few times after to see if everything was ok . been trying to buy another Rx 450 from woodford its a complete joke trying to speak to someone un trained staff , when you ask for sales they put you through to service LOl my ux has a battery problem so I booked it in under warranty , only to be told I have to pay the car is just over 1 year old with just over 4000 miles , booked in , I got a message saying all booked and on the morning got a tex to confirm my booking , got there no booking no one knew anything about it , i was told they would do a overnight test of batter poss replace , 2 hours later call me to say car is ready , when i got there they say the recall has been done no mention of the battery , the car is exactly the same , what a micky mouse outfit , who employs these people untrained staff , now I will have to take my car to another dealer take Another day off work , the nearest one is miles away , not sure how the hell they operate , oh I was told by Karolina I will get a free car wash , I nearly fell over , how embarassing I know the battery was not touched
