Had an appointment to test drive a car this morning at 10am. The show room was buzzing like a motoring jumble sale. I sat in a Lexus in the showroom and was told to GET OUT as it was sold, I said to the guy you might need to put a sign on the car if this is the case as it is in the showroom with its doors open, like a number of other cars, rude. I waited a while in the showroom and was finally acknowledged (nice lady pink dress) Why would Lexus Woodford set an appointment with me at such a busy time, at this point I already knew I was not prepared to do business at woodford Lexus. Good luck guys... very very poor service. I will try Mercedes..

Sam was great welcoming, had my car in for service, once the service was over I was quoted to get few things done with immediate attention, break pads and disc, wheel alignment and few others, which I disagree, as I change my break pads within last month at another dealer, I challenged the report and took it another dealer for full report which confirm my story so Woodford Lexus agreed to take the car back again and health check was carried out by different technician, and the report was completely oops to first one, still did not match my private report, then manager said it was a visual check, how can a human measure something and given a numbers to it for example for break pads, no equipment was used on second check either however during conversation with manager he said they removed the wheel however wasn’t the case as I was at the garage when they carried out when I challenged this manager didn’t know what to say, manager called back offer the full refund but my point why in first place this happened, car we drive it’s our life in it and having report like this will cost unnecessary cost, I will be approaching local news paper god knows how many customer/vulnerable customer been ripped off or even elderly customer. Lexus means luxury, smart, class, world class service but none of the treat I got from this dealer. I wish I can upload the both report from same dealer, will not recommend This to any one infect I will be approaching, ICO, local newspaper and ask to be carried full fraud investigation. All planned to earn money and specially when all our expenses are going up and visiting trustworthy company like Lexus trying rip us for unnecessary repair which does not need. Lucky I knew about my issues but how many elderly knows and paid lot more then what they should.

Greatly disappointed. I dealt with branch 3 times in the past and I must admit teh staff were polite and I only had a minor proble once which was dealt with. This time though the service was below par. They failed to to replace a group of switches which I had knocked in by accident, they did not reset the service message and when I called they tried to help me by giving me the wrong instructions. The worst of all is that when I called back they left me waiting for 30' then they put the phone down. I called back and left a message to call me back but NO ONE called !!! Ignoring a customer like that its the worst think a company can do in my field of business. Its pity because Lexus service is going down from what it was. I had problems with Lexus in Battersea now with Woodford as well.

after a mess up with Lexus service centre, I found the True manager named Chen Poon, He is a true gentleman and kind enough to offer his personal car as courtesy car. I have a great respect for him, How he jumped into this matter and trying to resolve the issue caused by service department due to some logistic issues. After having a conversation with Chen, I am convinced not to file a complaint and legal claim against them.

I’m impressed by the attentiveness and responsiveness of the team here. They helped me test drive a car, reserve a vehicle pre-advertisement and supported the decision making when I finally agreed to purchase. The immediate aftercare from Simon has been great, as there were a couple of niggles but he went above and beyond to put things right. Compared to other Lexus branches that I’ve communicated with, I highly recommend Lexus Woodford.

Two weeks ago I went into Lexus Woodford to have two front tyres changed for new, paid approximately £370. I should say I bought my new Lexus from them in 2017 and have been having my services etc with them ever since. However, on this occasion the service team parked my car on a double yellow line, near a bollard that they have recently installed on their forecourt. One of their service team rushed another customer out of their packed forecourt driveway (cars double-parked), one particular customer did not give me enough room to exit my car -away from a bollard that I did not observe (bearing in mind I did not park my car there and the bollard is NEWLY installed). I hit the bollard as I was focused on steering my car away from the customer who was waiting for me to pass on the edge of the forecourt (not enough room given). I have been left with a £500 excess payment on my insurance to repair my car. As I told Nick and Trevor (managers at Lexus Woodford) their showroom is complicit for 1)parking my car on a double yellow line, near a NEW bollard on the passenger side of my vehicle - I did not even know the metal bollard was there; and 2)Karolina -service team member rushing other customers off the forecourt but not guiding any of them in terms of hazards which is what other showrooms do on packed sites! Why rush customers off? If you are not going to help them get off let people do things in their own good time, not under pressure. As far as I am concerned I could of gone to Kwik fit fitters and got my tyres exchanged for new cheaper and with no damage to my car! After I finish my service plan I will NEVER return to this company! They are good when everything is going well - charming to SELL you a car, but as soon as something goes wrong, they have no interest in resolving it!!! I still recall the blank faces and focus on showing me it was my fault. The mark of an excellent firm is how you treat your customer when something goes WRONG! It is easy to be a nice company when things are smooth. Pathetic! Appropriate action would have been to find a suitable compromise.

I've been using Lexus Woodford for quite a few years now, maybe 8-10. I feel that the service has gotten much better over time, not that it was ever bad but it did not used to be particularly praise-worthy. The last few times I have had a health check they have provided an online review that included a brief video of any problems and options to accept or reject, and this feels more transparent than having someone phone up and tell you that they found problems that will cost extra. The online report also provides an audit trail, and the whole process feels more trust-worthy and efficient to me than a few years ago. The in-person service has always been very friendly, and I feel that this is more organised these days as well, so overall they're worth the full five stars.
