The fall alarm didn’t go off when my mum fell onto concrete outside the back door and knocked her self out but had gone off two weeks before in the middle of the night when she had turned over in bed. It is no use to anyone with dementia as they can’t remember to press it.

I found when I did use the caller button it was answered quickly and the advise given was immediately getting the ambulance to my house Not sure of the date but sometime in march

It’s absolutely brilliant at giving me and my family peace of mind. However, every 12-18 months the battery wears out so I think it would be better if you sent either a new device or batteries (the bit in the middle that falls out) so that users are never left without a device.

My M-I-L had a Lifeline after falling. She paid 12 months up front and just after paying the second payment, she ended up in hospital. I rang about 6 weeks later when we knew she wasn't going to be returning home. I returned the equipment and was told we'd get a refund. She died just over a month later and by the time we rang to chase it, and was told she wasn't eligible for a refund. We didn't expect a refund for the full year but something would have been nice. DON'T pay up front, you won't get anything back even if it hasn't been used, she was literally home for 2 days of the year. Very poor customer service!!!!

I am still waiting for a response 7 days after an Incident that left a family member 86 year old, without support. I have spoken to the service help desk twice and customer care once, regarding this and still no response, after being told that the policy of responding is 5 days. I think it's a cheek for Lifeline 24 to try and contact me via Trustpilot to see what my issue is. The true indication of a company not when things go right, as they should, that is what we pay for. It is whent things go wrong and how it is dealt with, which is the true indication of how we as customers are dealt with. On this please be aware of my experience of Lifeline 24

Always had great service from Lifeline24 with any queries answered in a timely manner until recently. As I was working away from home I emailed a query to the help desk but am still to receive a response after a week! In the end I called the helpline once back at home where they answered my query immediately. Other than this small gripe, the service from them has been excellent.

My mother, who was 102, was very well looked after by Lifeconnect24 and was always confident that if she had a fall she would be in safe hands. The staff were very helpful and empathetic. Would recommend for the elderly who live alone and who are frail and likely to fall.

The system works well but I cannot understand why the whole system cannot be delivered as a single part preloaded package which would save on packaging and plastic waste.

After my father fell and pushed the button the staff where very quick to call back. When there was no response from Dad, they rang the phone contact numbers one after the other until they got a response. Brilliant service well done

Disgusted with this company. I would never have signed mum up if I knew they were money grabbers. Called company in June 22, to say I had unplugged the alarm as mum has a serious fall and was in hospital. It was never plugged in again. Emailed 24th August 22 to say my mum had passed away. Within 20mins I had a call requesting I send back the equipment. Seriously 20 mins. No compassion, no sympathy. I said well if I send the equipment back do I get a refund. To be told no. Only if mum had passed away with 30 days of renewal would I get a refund. I thought equipment was purchased. So they keep the money and have the equipment back. In 2 yrs mum pressed it once and that was a mistake. I will put it into storage they are not having the money and the equipment.

I feel Safe and Secure wearing my "Alarm" Bracelet, knowing that at the touch of the button I can summon any help I may need . I have a friend who slipped getting out of the bath and was stuck there for 6 hours before one of his neighbours heard him and called for help.

My mother paid an annual amount of £244 on 16 May 2022 for a personal alarm after having a fall. Yesterday I phoned to cancel the alarm as she has had to go into a care home. I am told that no refund will be made even though it's been such a short time. I think this is absolutely disgusting she is on a pension and with hindsight should obviously have paid monthly. Would NOT advise anyone to pay annually.

Luckily I have never had to use it but have set it off accidentally several times and the response is instant.It is comforting to know that I can get help in this way but you must wear it always. My mother had one but it was on her bedside table when she did have a fall!

We have this for Mom. Its reassuring to know that she can press her button if she falls. Someone then rings her, and if she doesn't answer, a family member is called. Thankfully not needed yet.
