Lifeconnect24 gives me peace of mind that my mum is able to get help, if she needs it, just by pressing the button on her wrist alarm. She has not needed to use it in an emergency situation yet, but tests it monthly under supervision.

Peace of mind with a friendly reassuring voice at the end of the unit. Fortunately we have only had to use the service for monthly test calls to date.
Always very friendly and helpful the test calls have always been answered quickly and efficiently. Recently it was the call handler who picked up on the pendant battery being low and a new one arrived the following day.
Lifeconnect24 is extremely reassuring as whenever I press the alarm I get a speedy and kindly response.
I fell in bedroom, and couldn't get up having had 2 knee replacements and they very quickly responded to my call fortunately that is my only experience at the moment.
Arranged this for my elderly mother 2 years ago following the death of my father. Much cheaper than others and the service is fantastic and aftercare the same. Throughly recommend to all.

I was unable to get phone line. Very helpful member of tech team talked me through procedure to correct.
Comforting to know that help is just a button-push away, and its reassuring how quickly the call is answered when I occasionally test the button and hear the kindness of the voice on the other end of the phone.
Absolutely splendid ! Whilst it was a false alarm from this end, nevertheless your speedy, calm response was very reassuring to me especially so when the younger family members are out or in the depths of their large garden/'plot' !! Most helpful folk who advised and put into motion the steps necessary to rectify the issue. Also the fact the “waiting time” to speak to someone was minimal, such a pleasant change in this world today!!
I had problems with my BT phone line henceforth Lifeline 24 had to be reactivated. Thanks to Ben this was done with super efficiency. Thanks Ben
Always great service when we are doing our weekly check on the Lifeline. On the one or two occasions my mum has had to use them for a real need they have been excellent. Thank you for being there to reassure and help people when they most need it.
I accidentally set off my alarm and very quickly I received a call to see that I was ok
My mum had a fall recently. She pressed the button around her neck and instantly Lifeconnect24 sprung into action. My brother was able to get to mum within 5 minutes from their call to him. Well done team.
fortunately I have not had any emergencies. But on the few occasions I have spoken to Lifeline People they have been most courteous and helpful.
So glad that I have not needed them this year but nice to know that they are there.
Lifeline24 gives us great peace of mind as our uncle is 93 and very frail. He has used his alarm twice in a week when he fell over. I have today upgraded to the alarm that is activated by falling.
