The lifeline alarm is for my mother. Really pleased with the way they keep me informed if the alarm needs testing or like just before Christmas it needed new batteries. Always very quick at answering and getting things sorted. Feels like my mother is in very safe hands.
The lifeline gives full confidence when leaving my wife alone. In the time we have had it has needed no attention and been faultless. Tested on a regular basis..
If I could have I would have given no stars. After paying for one year my sister in law had to go into a home. When we cancelled we’re told no refund and to return equipment immediately. Constant phone calls for return of device. Poor service.
Immediate response to alarm and very pleasant when I explain it has gone off in error. Feel very confident with it.
I have had a wrist alarm for some 18 months. In that time there have been two occasions when I have had to use the alarm, the response was immediate and reassuring, they handled everything. Each time they stayed with me until the ambulance arrived. There is always a followup call a few days or week later to ensure that everything is ok. This is why you should.
As the daughter of a client, I was swiftly informed when button activated & my mother couldn't be contacted. It did take quite a while to then get thro to an operator to inform them all was well.
Cancelled their service as it was no longer required, I informed them via email and phone in good time, they still took the yearly subscription charge without my permission or consent, completely unacceptable and now they will claim it takes 2wks to refund.

My call was answered very quickly and my neighbour came to help me after my fall. It was nice that you rang later to make sure I was alright. I've never regretted getting this alarm, living on my own, it's reassuring that I can call for help if I need it.
After a previous bracelet was faulty, my Mum was offered the trial bracelet developed by Lifeline24 at no additional cost. When the bracelet was delivered, it hadn’t been set up with my Mum’s account & contact details. After repeated calls to Lifeline24, the problem was eventually resolved with the pathetic excuse about a lack of communication between departments, but that was of no help to me being extremely worried that, for 24hrs, if my Mum fell, I couldn’t be contacted. The bracelet strap is black - I think there should be a variety of colours. The device is enormous on my Mum’s slim wrist: I don’t know how effective it is - my Mum set it off accidentally. When testing it, you have to press very hard. I don’t like the black box - the previous white box looked better. I hope it works when required, i.e. if my Mum falls, it should activate automatically.
I find the system to be robust and easy to use. I make a check transmission every month and it is always answered promptly and courteously.

I have been with LifeConnect24 for 2 years now and enjoy the peace of mind it gives me especially as l live on my own.
All test occasions worked 100%. Fortunately have not had to call in emergency

Jan 20,2023I set up your service last year for an aunt who lives 200 miles away. I could not remember if i arranged for auro renewal or not. Your staff member was able to check the required information, that you had a renewal mandate. Nothing more to do, as all is well.
