Oct 01,2022After having the winning bid for storage unit, I was unable to move the items out of the unit as required. At that point, Felisha, the Property Manager promptly offered to rent me the same unit until I was able to relocate the items. In a matter of minutes, she had the problem resolved!! Felisha is very Professional, friendly and obviously enjoys her position. Having spent many years in retail management, I can honestly you that she provides Exceptional customer service!!

Sep 29,2022I was renting the unit in the mist of a upcoming Hurricane. Mike was prompt at the office that morning swiftly checking me in and got me going. John called in advance to make sure everything was in order for my rental. The storage building is clean and neat and had restrooms if needed.

Sep 17,2022Im in the city of Hamden ct. this facility has no clear Direction of where your unit is, you may have had a long day or your memory my not be as sharp there is no signage outside the several entryways to Direct you to where your unit is unless you walk-in and walk around and then realize that your not in the right place, the carts are not in good shape, the doorway to enter where my u it is, you have to lift the cart over the threshold, the flooring is cracked and lumpy, last but not least, you can only access your property during Business hours, today I call the 800# to find out the Direct phone number to my location, it was 5:25 pm, the rep put me on hold for over 5min, that information should’ve been readily available, they close at 6pm, got there at 5:50 pm after fighting traffic and the door to where my unit was located was LOCKED! Went inside to talk to rep and asked why door was locked before six? Her rude response was, we close at 6? Here is my beef, if you close at 6, the doors should not be locked until 6! if you or your employees have to lockup at 6:05pm, 6:10pm or even 6:15pm, keep the doors unlocked until 6pm, it does not say be at your unit before 6pm.

Sep 17,2022I needed to move from my current storage unit I had had for many years due to an unfortunate circumstance . The manager, Julissa Pineda, helped organize my move to a new unit on site and did everything possible to make sure the move went smoothly . It went wonderfully well due to Julissa's extra effort in all phases . She is to be commended for an outstanding job and for all her help. Sep 17,2022I rented a space at Rivera beach branch, Wanda was good .Jennifer was awesome she clean the space out very well and she is a great person ,very easy to talk to ,smiles a lot overall she makes the process a lot easier.This is my second time renting from there and Jennifer’s personality makes me return there. I give her 5stars for her customer service.

Sep 15,2022Life Storage in Naperville, IL. Absolutely terrible. Water leaking in 4 storage units (mine is one of them), staff have known about the water for months, they see water seeping under the storage doors, and they DON’T fix the problem OR notify the renters that their possessions are destroyed. No excuse. Shame on Ginger and Mary Ann on site and Nicole Smith (the regional manager in Buffalo). These individuals lie, deceive, and are not competent to manage a facility that is increasingly in need of repair. Additionally, the security gate is often left open or broken. No concern for the customer's possessions.

Sep 13,2022I wish I knew about this place before Public Storage. Public Storage is the WORST storage company in the world. Raises rent every 6 months or so, horrible customer service at all levels. I even called corporate a few times and complained about the increase, water in the unit, gates not working etc and they told me "if you don't like it, you can go somewhere else"!! "WHAT" so that's exactly what I did. Shame on you Public Storage I hope you go out of business!! I have a unit at the 18 Mi rd and Dequindre with Life Storage and Matthew was the coolest person I ever talked to. I actually didn't want to leave lol. This man deserves a raise in my book! Make note Public Storage!
