May 02,2022On Sat, April 30th, 2022: Chad had left me a v'mail early this morning in which I didn't get until the afternoon when we were able to get a break n our day. Bcuz we reserved our storage unit online the night before, so I return'd his cell to nform him dat I will be on my way soon to the business of Life Storage on 9030 Perrin Beitel Rd San Antonio Texas Bexar County. My husband & I walk'd to this location frm our apt which took us about 10 minutes to arrive at the Life Storage location. Business was locked up with a sign let'n potential customers that personnel was out to lunch with the time dat they will return. In which we checked the time on our smartphones & once we both look'd up Chad pull"d up in his truck. As he approached us placing the keys in the lock'd door, he nform'd us that when he does go to lunch, he still has a visual of the business. He saw us & actually came back to the business a few minutes earlier than what was posted on the return time on the door. He was vry courteous, informative, allow'd us to physically view the 10'x12' storage unit, we didn't have to walk to the unit bcuz he gave us a golf cart ride to the unit & back to the office. The atmosphere inside of the small office was vry peaceful & calming, the temperature in the small office was vry pleasantly cool, there were available chairs for us to sit closely to the desk, there were a large monitor available for us to view the data input that Chad show'd us to confirm our information, he is very people oriented, kept a healthy conversation with us & his clothes were vry neat & clean, his desk was vry neat, clean, & provided us space on the desk for us to utilize, he provided us wit the online brochure for us to create our online acct, access code & access hours, our receipt; I inquired about a map of the property to get to our storage unit. Chad nform'd me that he had no hard copies for him to hand to me, but he did point out & demonstrated on the wall mounted map of the property how to get to our storage unit. In which case would have been a great tool for us to utilize for us to get to our storage unit until we get to know our pathway to get to our storage unit. We left the property very pleased with the overall service & cleanliness of the property that we visualized & the office. And Life Storage's online ratings are truly earned & the ratings were the main reason I chose to make that 10 minutes walk to conduct business with. Even though we passed by other public storage businesses from the moment we walked out of the gated apartment community we reside within in which right next door to our apartment community is a self storage climate control business as well as 3 more self storage businesses we chose not to do our business with due to the business ratings, costs, & additional fees. Life Storage is very cost effective for our budget for us to store our possessions as we search for our new residential community. Thank You Blesseth Be Life Storage Team🌹

Apr 30,2022My experience at store 418 in Manatee Avenue, Bradenton has been exceptionally good. The units are very convenient, clean and well maintained. The reservation process was quick and easy. Many thanks to John who assisted me with the reservation on the phone and Theresa, the facility manager who completed the rest of the process, on move in day, both were very personable, knowledgeable and professional.

The facility is super-clean, organized and well-run, which gave me peace of mind knowing that my storage needs will be well taken car of.

I went to the location and got the same great service by the local staff. Had my reservation done by phone, and was completed on site in a very short time. Very pleased and highly recommended!!
