I have had difficulty with this company the whole 4 years that I have worn their hearing aids. To begin with, I was told when I first bought them and set up a payment plan that I would have insurance on them after I paid the full amount and only needed to continue paying $10 a month to keep insurance. That was a lie. After I finished paying after 2 years, I called to check on the insurance and was told there was no insurance. Then after a few months, my right hearing aid began to crackle and when I called the customer service they said I needed a new wire. $75 and they shipped it to me but it took about a 3 weeks. After a few more months, I needed another wire and another $75 and this time it took about 6 weeks for me to receive it. Every time I would call, they said they were shipping it that day. But no wire. Finally, I received it but it wasn't but about 6 more months I needed a wire for my left hearing aid. But this was a surprise. I received it rather quickly, but it didn't work. The new wire crackled. And when I called, they said to send the whole hearing aid. Boy, I should not have done that. They have kept it for over a month and I have called and left messages many times. 2 weeks ago, I finally had a person answer and he said he was sending it out that day. Well, I still do not have it. As it turned out, my hearing aid had been shipped to my old address. The person who lived there had opened it and sat my hearing aid on top of the box of mailboxes. I had gone over there twice and did not see it setting there as it is so small. But the second time I thought it might have come in a flat envelope so I looked on top of the mailboxes and there it was. Still it took over a month for them to ship it to me and to the wrong address. Not sure if I will stay with this company after so many problems.

Wish I’d never bought these- just went to COSTCO for a free (if you’re a member) VERY comprehensive hearing test and evaluation. I can literally hear TWICE as well with my new ones as these generic ListenClear aids. DON’T GET THEM! Go to Costco. Costco consistently has great reviews from Consumer Reports and other reviews. And they are $1300 for a pair, way cheaper than LC

I wish I could say I really like these hearing aids but that would be a lie! I have never liked them!! I can't hear with them, they are very expensive for amplifiers, the tubing is way too short, and not one of the domes fit my ears. I am not new to hearing aids, I am 67 and have worn them my whole adult life. I tried to return these once within the 30 days because I could not afford the payment. Of course the slick and uncaring salesman reduced my payment a little bit and promised to supply me with one year free hearing aid batteries, which I never received one pack. I finally put these back in the case and put back on my old right hearing aid, the left one had quit working sometime before that. So today I fell asleep and for some reason I took it out and my dog got it. I cannot hear without aids, I'm so disgusted my heart is pounding. So I get out these pieces of junk that I feel I was truly conned into buying, put in fresh batteries and they do not work. I have tried everything, including repairing. I am just thoroughly disgusted. I went on their website to view my account to see how much I owe, are you aware there is no way to view your account! What kind of company gets an A+ rating with the BBB with this kind of service? I will call them Monday to see how far I get, I'm sure they will charge me now to look at them. I honestly don't remember when I purchased them without going back through all my records, which I will eventually do when I cool down. I feel like this was such a con. I paid $2,000 for the last pair I had and they lasted 5 years. I could kick myself for not going back to them to purchase new ones but these companies cold call older individuals like myself and can talk them into anything. If I cannot get satisfaction I will file with the BBB, in the mean time I cannot hear.

I purchased a pair of LISENCLEAR hearing devices on 10/26/2017 due to continued calls- ORD- 000181695 from 300 Bull St. Ste 200 Savannah GA 31401- I am NOT happy or satisfied with these devices as they are NOT the aids indicated in the purchase- The right unit is a little better than the left but in having a Dr. Audiologist review these devices he indicated that they are NOT hearing aids but amps- I have not made a lot of contacts with Mr. Jerrod M. Johnson Marketing Manager or Tracy Young Owner as they have never been available to me-

These are the worst hearing aids. They are just amplifiers, not real hearing aids that deal with hearing loss. There is little control. I have to carry around a separate device to change the volume. The sound sounds like I am listening through a tin can. The batteries last less than a week. The owner is rude. I was lied to about androids having ability to link in with them.

One of the biggest mistake of my life.. Have since learned make sure you get a hearing test before buying hearing devices.. Struggled to get a proper setting on these devices.. Attended my grand childrens concerts and sounded like was in a barrel... Not a expert but my opinion they are no more than amplifiers... Any one interested I would gladly sell you mine at a discount... Only used for at the most a couple of months... Now have Beltone that a professional hearing test said I needed and what a magnificent difference at way less money because supolement insurance helps.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE 30-DAY TRIAL... you can never return them. It's a total Scam. They will call you within 1 minute of you requesting to try them, they will never return your call when you want to return the product, then you're too late to send them back. THIS HAPPENED TO ME so now they say, ok, you only have to pay 25% of your originally contracted amount. NO I shouldn't have to pay anything - I called within trial period. VERY CLEVER. DON'T FALL FOR IT.

Integrity is when a person (in this case a business) does the right thing when no one is looking. ListenClear, a subsidiary of ICOT Hearing and ICOT Holdings has zero integrity. This complaint has nothing to do with how poorly they treat their employees (look at remarks on Glassdoor) or how good their product and service is or isn't; this complaint is how dishonest they are in relation to their vendors. My client did work for them and ListenClear loved it and paid for it. They came back with another larger order and my client fulfilled that order (on the promise of a wire transfer to pay from ListenClear). After the order was completed efforts were made to retrieve the money owed (thousands of dollars) and no one would reply to our calls or emails. I finally spoke with someone and was told the order was not authorized and for us to do what we have to do. We have; we are filing suit, we have filed a criminal complaint against them for alleged wire fraud 18 U.S.C 1343, we have filed a complaint to the BBB of Savannah GA, we are posting their fraud on this sight, their FB page and their Linked in page. The suit is seeking actual and punitive damages. As stated, this has nothing to do with their product or service, you be the judge of that; but this has everything to do with their honesty, integrity and character. At this pint they have demonstrated none and if they will do this to a vendor, how then will they treat a customer who has no means to challenge them for their lack of integrity, honesty and character?

I would have had to send one or both hearing aids back to Georgia to have anything done to them, no local offices to go to to have them wored on or to be able to define what level of hearing problems I have. But on the positive side, they are better than the ones that I was using from the state!!!

Hearing aids do not work well. They seem to only amplify sounds (especially background noise) and are made very shoddily. Within two months they were no longer staying in place, which of course was after the refund period.

I couldn't believe how much I was missing. I like to sit on the patio in the morning with my coffee and read. After receiving my hearing aids I hear the wind in the trees and hear the chirping of the birds

My experience when I wanted to return the product unopened was horrible. I received a return label but no return envelope. Finally glued it back together and sent it back. I was told I could hold onto it longer to try them but now they took the funds from my boyfriends account and said it was after the 30 day free trial. I never opened or used the product. Beware! Hard to belief mine is the only negative review?

These hearing aids are exactly what they said. The wire over my ears are practically invisible, so nobody really notices I'm wearing them. The only time my son noticed was when he came over and yelled in my ear and I tole him not to do that, I could hear him just fine. He said yeah. Then asked when I got hearing aids, because he heard a little feed back from them when he did that.If he hadn't tried yelling in my ear, he wouldn't have known.

Complete and total ripoff. They send you a “sample” package of tips then want to charge you $25 for replacements. I would never recommend this company to anyone...even my worst enemy

I like the aids I have but I wish I would have had more time to test them. I don't think the wire is long enough to go around my very large ears so I do have some pain after wearing all day.

I heard things that I haven’t heard since I was a child. The first time I tried them on I went outside and tested all the settings. I could not believe it when I heard a bird splashing in water. I heard different pitches that I have not heard for a very long time now. The best part is being able to block out surround noise when I sit at a table with my family and friends. Now I can be part of the conversation. I lost my hearing from the Navy and working with Boilers, turbines, and loud machinery my entire life.
