Jul 25,2024Luke B did a very neat and quick job. Luke was very clean and tidy and ensured we were happy during the installation and with the completed job. He took time to explain everything we needed to know and showed us how to upload the software. The speed test showed the upload and download speeds are a bit faster than stated. Overall very happy with the service. Additionally we got a months free due to being recommended by a neighbour. Would thoroughly recommend Lit to anyone who wishes to have fibre internet access installed.

Great communication, clean workers and very swift 1 hour from start to finish and checked that I could get online before they left. So the 5 stars are for them. The same could not be said for the person I spoke to on customer services who ignored anything I was saying, didn’t know what was going on with the appointment and was about as much help as a chocolate teapot.

Jul 24,2024We've just finished our introductory offer and have changed to the recommitment tariff. The customer service agent Ian was very helpful in explaining our options that will only cost us an additional £2 per month for 24 months. Since our LIT service was provided we have only had one outage which was dealt with within an hour by the tech support team. LIT not only provides a very competitive price for the service compared to Sky and Virgin, but the company also supports local ventures including one of our Town's music festivals. A real community support company. Well Done.
