Peter even gave advice about my mesh and what to check for if my broadband speed wasn't showing the 550 the new connection was achieving. First time I've had a person in the house and felt relaxed. Peter was really good. Just left him to get on with it and he was really tidy. Above and beyond!

Jul 09,2024Our experience with Lit Fibre so far has been brilliant. They were super flexible when we had to keep changing the installation date due to moving completion dates. Luke, the engineer, was really friendly, calm and tidy. He didn't seem to mind that there was the chaos of us moving in going on around him and just got on with the work he needed to do. To top it off Lit Fibre offer fast internet at a great price. I would highly recommend Lit Fibre.

We have had BT, Virgin and Sky before but they all lack personability and care. Everything from Lit has been great so far. I would highly recommend them and look forward to our continued relationship.

Jul 04,2024Everything about the Lit Fibre experience has been brilliant in the two months I've had them so far. The installers were so helpful and polite, ensuring everything was left tidy, they even provided options for cable routing. The mobile app is the easiest I've ever used for setting up separate SSIDs for guest networks, 5ghz networks etc. Finally the speeds have been almost exactly as described, very consistently. I honestly couldn't be happier with them and wish I had switched a long time ago.
