Jun 23,2024I haven’t had Lit fibre from you. Spoke with your guy who was running the stall in Welwyn garden city town centre today. He did checks for me and said unfortunately Lit doesn’t cover our post code. We’ve had 23 years of hell with BT and open reach here in AL9 post code. When will you be installing where we are. You’d make a fortune as no one is happy with the internet speed we get here in Brookmans Park. Please come to our area 🤞🙏

Jun 22,2024I became a Lit Fibre customer about a year ago, and have had nothing but fantastic service from the sales people who initially approached me, the installation engineer, the customer service team I've spoken to when upgrading my package. I have the Lit500 service and routinely achieve the advertised speeds both upload and download with low latency. On receiving my contact renewal email, I called the customer care team today and spoke to Kaloyan. I had a request that needed additional approval, and within 5 minutes of our phone call the approval was sorted and I had an email from Kaloyan with a revised contract offer. Over the last year or so, I have recommended Lit to anyone who will listen, and will gladly continue to do so.

I have joined the 1 GB plan and the speed is absolutely fantasic in a very attractive price, even cheaper than the service plans providing only half the bandwidth from the other service providers.

Jun 15,2024Just over month now after switching to Lit from my previous ISP(Virgin Media)I'm very happy. Installation by engineer Yusif was great, very professional helpful, making sure I was happy with everything he did to complete my install plus I can confirm that he was spot on when he said with the 1gbs service I'd chosen I'd get over 900mbs on my PC once I'd got my new cat6 ethernet cables hooked up to the router and sure enough I'm getting 947mbs download and an incredible 921mbs upload! Also getting just over 350mbs on the WiFi(UPDATE getting 785mbps d/l 660mbps u/l on WiFi 6 capable devices!) which is a big upgrade from my previous broadband with Lit Fibre over 3x faster on both ethernet and WiFi. Finally the icing on the cake is luckily for me the timing of my 300mbs service contract ending and my monthly payment would be going up by over a 3rd from £40 to £62! Came across Lit when searched for new broadband deals, and found was available to me and had special offer deal on for 1gbs service with free install and free router/hub all for £25 a month for 2 years! Plus despite being a customer of 15 years best deal virgin would offer to keep me was £52 a month for 1gs and required new router or £35 a month to keep the 6+ year old router with its same 300mbs max capable speed,so no contest and not only do I highly recommend but also urge anyone who can to switch to Lit Fibre.

Jun 14,2024I recently had new fibre broadband installed by Lit Fibre, replacing my old Virgin Media connection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Ryan and Colin, the installation team, were fantastic. They arrived on time and installed the ONT exactly where I wanted it. They ran the fibre neatly to the junction box, maintaining a tidy workspace and respecting my home throughout the process. The entire installation was completed in just over an hour, and the broadband speeds are fantastic. I highly recommend Lit Fibre for their professionalism and efficiency. Thank you, Ryan and Colin, for an excellent job!
