I've been with lit fibre for a few years and my contract was due to end, I emailed them and asked about upgrading. To my surprise they emailed me back within the hour ( it was post 6pm) and my upgrade was dealt with via email. Super fast customer support. Superb service and no downtime or slow speeds at all, you get exactly what you pay for!! Keep it up lit.
Very fast broadband at a reasonable price. The support is amazing. If I write them an email they get back to me the same day. For example, today at 12.01 I sent an email and Kaloyan from Lit Fibre Support replied to me by 12.05....now that's good service!
Fast and very helpful
Luke was great and completed the install in good time; very neat cabling and explained the system when install was finished. A minor bit of brickwork damage from the drilling needed on my install, Luke showed me it and repaired it neatly so you wouldn’t even know it had happened.
Had an issue with my fibre connection and intermittent internet drop which was causing problems working from home. Worked with Kaloyan to rectify the issue and it was advised to do a factory reset of the router. This was done and my problem was resolved after setting up the configuration of the router again. As usual, great customer service from Lit!
So appointmet for installation 6th May, promise the earth. Then they come out, but due to mast, can't do installation on day. The 25th May, the external cabels (outside provider) is fixed, then absolutely impossible to get a new date. Get e-mails promising installation possible cancellation the 11th, if not the 18th June (I can not take off extra time, told them from the start i got every Tuesday off). No one ever get in contact, I call the 11th June, awfull customer service too, all way through, hanging on phone, whilst the adviser mail other people and literally sit waiting for reply. After 2 calls and a call back, I ask for manager (15mins counting 2nd call). As now my appointment the 18th apparently also gone, we are nearing 2 months and pay out to prolong my current contract with Virgin for £100 as I'm out of contract. These people have not got the set up to run a business, don't use. Not even 1 star, as I am £100 out of pocket with no braodband and a lot of black cable fixed to my house wall. Joke
Did a good job even when presented with difficulties in installation Luke B was excellent in communicating what he was doing & did a very tidy job !

I had a problem with my wifi. I called customer services and the member of staff that dealt with me, called Larry, was absolutely brilliant. He was calm, supportive, helpful and made me feel that he had all the time in the world to help me. I hugely appreciated this as it was quite a stressful time.
I was promised a call back within 20 to 30 minutes as the agent could not solve my internet problem, that didn’t happen so after 90 minutes or so I called back & spoke to a lovely woman who sorted my problem within minutes she was very professional & easy to talk to great service.

Yusif was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and took great care to minimise mess and disruption. He explained what he would be doing and made sure we were happy. The job was completed efficiently and he made sure everything was working properly before he left. The new broadband is the fastest we’ve ever had!
When I telephoned and pointed out a problem, the agent was polite and constructive in his approach to resolving it. Less than 15 hours (including overnight) later the matter had been resolved to my complete satisfaction. Although the installation was not for me, I will without any hesitation be looking into getting my broadband through Lib Fibre in the near future. I cannot praise their customer service too highly.

We had the pleasure of having our install conducted by yusif, he is incredibly kind and efficient, dealing with any and all issues that arose in a professional and timely manner. LitFibre is definitely lucky to have him!

Jun 13,2024Litfibre installation delays. Firstly, there are two teams requiring two different daily bookings (so it is not possible for them to setup the Fibre line for you in one day, as the website misleadingly suggests). Secondly, the internal team showed for 5 minutes, commented on the external issues and did not install anything inside the house. 3 days later the external team appear and were able to action what the internal engineer said was not possible. Called support to get another internal team booking and waiting for them to visit in 6 days time. Overall, it will be 7 working days presuming the second (third total) internal team visit is successful. Customer support were of no assistance with trying to speed things up/compensate for the internal team. In addition I noted with the first technician who appeared for 5 minutes that our previous Internet supplier stopped the day of what we thought was the installation day. Admittedly this is not their concern but no cares were given to try and help the customer get their service offered anymore efficiently. Would not recommend, another fibre company will probably do better.
