Apr 06,2024Lit Fibre are one of the most extraordinary companies I've ever been with, particularly for providers of Internet. They are the only company I know, or have had to deal with, that are the easiest to get in contact with and then to communicate with. The staff are all so friendly and the service is extraordinary. We've never had our Internet go down or go wrong and whenever I've needed anything sorting or amending, they have been instantly ready to assist and help with whatever problem may occur. No other company has ever got near to such service. Please continue doing what you're doing, I implore you.

Apr 05,2024Refreshing change after Virgin After Virgin followed the same āgive as little as possibleā to secure contract renewal I decided to give these guys a try. Ok - I needed to unbundle TV and phone (which weāve done using a Sky Stream puck and phone from Voipshop) but the broadband from LIT FIBRE is the bees knees - 1065/960 wired and very healthy wifi throughout the house. Customer services excellent- and (on the promotional offer for St Albans) all for Ā£25 per month for the next two years! Just hoping they get sufficient customers to stay in business.
