I needed to connect a couple of wifi speakers to the recently installed fibre broadband and, having failed, realised the router needed to clearly identify a 2.4 ghz channel. Which I couldn't work out how. A casual message to the support team and Ian jumped in, offered a solution and also offered to make the change remotely. I jumped at the second option and it was done...at the weekend! What's not to like.

Mar 26,2024Now had it for a for nearly a year. It's been absolutely terrible. Constantly disconnecting. Kicking devices off. Can't even have more than two things connected before it struggles. We have there top hub and package. Been in contact with them numerous times and have been no help at all. Has been the worse decision to go with this company. Absolutely appalling!!!

After lots of delays & complications with another company, they got the fibre up & running the same day they came round. Can not fault them or the company, would recommend

Mar 28,2024Although the engineer was late on the day, he was polite and seemed to get on with his work without fuss. The transition from BT has been seamless, helped by having a separate mesh wifi (so no need to update wifi passwords).
