Mar 19,2024I brought a set of wheels and they were chipped on the inner rims i sent some pics of damage and was told that because they were the cheapest on there website that should not matter as i was not using them as a coffee table to show my friends and was said by there manager try using wheelbase alloys better service

Feb 21,2024I have spent just short of £600 with this company and there service was excellent they have 5 star's of me the only downfall is the company they used (DHL) one of the worst parcel delivery services going DHL who have lost my parcel and i know it is in leeds but there is no way to contact DHL to speak to them I wanted to speak a person not a robot. In this day and age where social media is used company's and delivery firms should watch how they treat people who buy stuff from them as this sort of review could and will harm your reputation. DHL told me it had been picked up and then arrived at Leeds then is had been scanned out of Leeds on its way to the final delivery depot after 3 hours of phone calls I was told it had never departed Leeds I only found this out by speaking to LK performance who then spoke to DHL and called me back to inform me what was going on again I can say the service I received from LK performance was excellent. DHL gets a 1 star review for the attitude they have towards the clients and customers.
