The wheels turned up on time and packed well. but when I opened them the centre caps are messing email them a couple of times without any reply. Very poor after sales service hope I don't have any problems with the wheels as once they have your money there is no customer service. Very poor and will not be using again

Fantastic service and advice on replacing my rims. I dealt with Adam who was very knowledgeable and gave sound advice and kept me to a budget for a solution he thought best and advised me away from spending more that I needed too, rather than just spending a lot more like some place do. I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for replacement wheels. 1st class service and customer care

Communication from Fraiser was great and answered all my questions regarding Black Rhino warloard wheels and tires. After Wheels arrived on specified date as requested, nicely packaged and in perfect condition. Wherl package was also cheapest I could find. Great company highly recommend.

Getting me to call them on a daily basis for two and a half weeks chasing one where what never turned up for them only to then ring DHL defined out the situation which was leaving till around 11 o'clock onwards for a callback would never come until I change them to like it when I mentioned tresponder or other platforms rather we rude response was are you threatening me so much for a delivery time after three to five working days as it took almost three weeks the would I recommend the answer is no better you find another company
