Feb 26,2023End to end this is the best, reassuring and professional experience you could even begin to expect. And I'm quite a tough customer. Several of my work colleagues have had the same procedure after I told them how great it was and they are just as effusive and positive as me. I should have had this eye surgery done years ago. It's the best thing I have done for a long time and I chose the best place to have it done. OK it's not cheap but it's an investment in yourself. If it does last 10 years then over that time I would have saved money not lost it through eye checks and glasses/contact lenses. But it's not about the money for me. It's about not having to fiddle with lots of different glasses and contact lenses just to get through a day at work. Highly recommended.

Feb 24,2023I just completed my last post op follow up and I can’t express how grateful I am to this clinic. Not only for making me see without lenses/glasses but for the overall experience. The treatment itself was painless and very comfortable, the staff was superb and put me at ease before and during the surgery. I was also involved in the decision making process and could choose between LASIK and SMILE, which the consultant explained to me in detail. My only regret is that I haven’t decided to do the surgery before as I felt apprehensive and was trying to find the best clinic. I am so glad I chose London Vision Clinic and I very rarely write reviews but I hope this can help others who may also feel undecided as to which clinic to go to. I’m immensely grateful.

Feb 10,2023I recently had an incredible experience with Dr. Glenn Carp and the team at London Vision Clinic. They completed my surgery in just 10 minutes, and I am now thrilled with my 20:16 vision, which is even better than 20:20! Dr. Carp was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and answered all my questions in detail. His knowledge and expertise in laser eye surgery is beyond compare. I felt completely at ease throughout the entire process, from my initial consultation with Dr. Carp to the surgery itself. He provided me with detailed information about the procedure, the risks and benefits, and any potential side effects. He was also more than happy to answer any follow-up questions I had. The whole process was so much easier than going through regular glasses/contact lens appointments, like I had been doing with Specsavers every 6 months. I was amazed at how quickly the procedure was completed, and how quickly I was able to recover from it. I have noticed a significant improvement in my vision already, and I'm looking forward to seeing even better results in the future. I could not recommend Dr. Carp and London Vision Clinic highly enough. If you are looking for the best laser eye surgery experience, contact Glenn! I hear he is a great skier too!

No pressure sales whatsoever, with the conversation lasting over 30 minutes. Thank you Katie! The initial visit and tests confirmed my decision to proceed. The people are so professional and very friendly. Dr Carp is just brilliant from the initial consultation to the eye operation. What a professional! The post op care is very impressive and has exceeded my expectations. The results are truly life changing for me. No regrets whatsoever and just wish I did this years ago (currently 52 years). Jan 24,2023I was growing increasingly frustrated with my middle-aged eyesight (short-sighted plus presbyopia), so I researched laser eye surgery. LVC has an excellent reputation, so I booked and attended the full set of initial tests and consultations. Their reputation is well-deserved. You're allocated a Patient Care Coordinator from the beginning: mine (Kate) was exceptional throughout, always available with advice, happy to answer questions, highly knowledgeable and patient, and understanding of my anxiety about laser surgery. My visit to the clinic was flawless: it's a lovely place, and I felt welcomed and they did all they could to put me at ease. The careful, thorough and expert attention to me as an individual, to my eyesight and to what I was seeking from laser surgery could not be bettered. LVC genuinely cares about enabling you to explore what's best for you. In the end, I decided against surgery for the moment, for entirely personal reasons, but I feel so much more confident about the idea of surgery, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for it (I may well go ahead with LVC in the future). It's not only the level of expertise, it's also the care and compassion for each individual patient. I trust them completely with my eyes and my eyesight. I was truly impressed by the whole experience, which exceeded all expectations. Based on my experience, I would recommend LVC wholeheartedly if you're considering laser eye surgery.

Jan 10,2023London Vision Clinic has been absolutely amazing. I had my ICL surgery done a year ago by Dr. Reinstein. The surgery itself was a little uncomfortable, as all surgeries are, but it didn't hurt, and the surgens were great at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. There have been regular checkups since with my Optometrist Amir, who has been amazing, very kind and professional, making sure my eyes are healthy and always willing to answer any questions I have. After one year of surgery, I have had no issues, and feel that my eyes are better than ever, even more so than when I was wearing glasses. I'm very happy with everything!

Dec 20,2022I've been wearing contacts/glasses for the past 17 years and always thought about getting laser eye surgery but was a bit nervous in case something went wrong. So i did a ton of research and decided that the SMILE procedure was the best option for me and London Vision Clinic consistently came up as the highest rated. I went to a few other cheaper places for a consultation so I could compare but London Vision Clinic clearly stood out. They were much more thorough and provided me with information that none of the others did. They're also incredible at keeping you up to date and sending reminders etc and the surgeon (Dr. Dan Reinstein) even messages me personally to check up on how i am doing. It really does feel like they care and go above and beyond! The operation itself took a few minutes an eye and at no point have i experienced any pain whatsoever. I went back the next day for a check up and the small incision they make with the laser for SMILE had already healed over and i was able to see one line better than 20/20. I've just gone back for my one month checkup and I can now almost see 2 lines better than 20/20 (20/16 i think?) And don't need to use drops. I still have some days slightly blurrier than others when looking at screens but this is normal and will go away over the next few months. I was told to expect about 3 months to fully settle so the fact my vision was better than expected after just one day is amazing! This is easily one of the best decisions I've ever made and wish I'd done it sooner. The freedom this brings is indescribable. Small things like waking up and being able to see or having a shower/swim and not having to take out contacts, the list just goes on and on! So if you're on the fence I really can't recommend it enough and London Vision Clinic is definitely the best place to do it in my eyes! I've put this review on Google too as really was so happy with the whole experience and think it helps people with their own research.
