I was somewhat nervous to begin with, but was reassured by the conversation I had with Professor Reinstein and knew I was in most excellent hands, both in his and those of all the staff I dealt with on the day, and at the check ups. The clinic is efficiently run and clean, with friendly and professional staff. I am so glad I took this step. I'm so thrilled to be free of my glasses and I'm very happy with the result! Every one in the team was friendly and caring and it’s obvious that a lot of thought has been put into making sure that visiting the clinic is a pleasant experience. A special mention to the theatre staff and of course to Prof Reinstein himself for making the procedure as good an experience that having eye surgery can be! Still can’t believe that I’m glasses and contact lens free one year on. Thank you.

Jun 13,2022After being told by multiple opticians that I was not a suitable candidate for laser eye surgery I decided to go to London Vision Clinic for a consultation. This was the best decision I ever made, I was told my eyes were suitable for the surgery and that the procedure could be done in 6 weeks time. The process from start to finish has been brilliant and the staff and service has been amazing. My vision is now better than when I wore glasses and I am now living a happier lifestyle. I highly recommend the London Vision Clinic and would not go anywhere else for further treatments!

May 31,2022I first contacted London Vision Clinic in May 2021 after having considered laser eye surgery to correct my short sightedness for quite some time and having done a lot of research into the best place to have this done. I was fairly shortsighted and as such my concern had been whether I would be a suitable candidate but after learning about the London Vision Clinic I was reassured that with their care and expertise this would still be an option for me. From my first contact with Meghan, my patient care co-ordinator, I felt instantly at ease and thoroughly impressed with the care they took with new patients and guiding them through the process. After attending an extremely thorough initial screening and ophthalmic exam with Amir I later met with my surgeon Mr Carp - Mr Carp is fantastic, he is clearly a very experienced surgeon who is down to earth and friendly and takes as much time as is needed to ensure you fully understand your options and what is going to open during the procedure as well as what to expect afterwards in terms of outcomes and the recovery process. The surgery itself took place roughly a month after my initial consultation and went very smoothly. Mr Carp made sure I was at ease throughout the whole procedure - I was amazed at how quick the surgery itself takes place and despite knowing it was only the start of the recovery process the results were apparent straight away! Things then only got better as the days and weeks went on and with the help of Mr Carp and the wonderful patient care team and the meticulous follow up process they have in place. It wasn’t long before my vision was perfectly clear and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I then recently attended my 12 month follow up with Lizzie, one of the other Optometrists, and after another thorough eye exam she was pleased to advise me that my vision was now better than it had been with glasses in the first place. Contact lenses and glasses now seem a long distant memory! I would not hesitate to recommend the London Vision Clinic to anyone considering having laser eye surgery - everyone involved in the process was professional and friendly and I felt at ease and informed every step of the way. A truly excellent experience!

May 26,20221 year on from my surgery I am so glad that I took the plunge and went ahead. London Vision Clinic have been exceptional in every way and I am honestly so glad that I went there and no where else. The care they have given me has been incredible, the staff are all very welcoming, caring, efficient and totally thorough. I have had all my check ups following surgery and the above has been consistent from the the very second I walked through the door there. It's the best service I have received from anywhere else I have been or experienced in a very long time. It's obviously quite a big deal having something like this done but it could not have been better in any way. London Vision Clinic you are amazing!
