Aug 21,2023I was recommended to go to LVC and after reading all the reviews, I plucked up the courage to go. I was 50 and knew that the recommended option was going to be Laser Blended treatment, where 1 eye is lasered for close, the other one set for medium and long. My eyes were immediately sharper afterwards and my astigmatisms removed however it takes your brain a while to adapt, so my vision was slightly blurry where ever I looked. They gave me glasses to offset the blended, which worked well. After 2 years I needed an enhancement as my brain unable to take the blended. The enhancement was very small but was enough to remove the blurriness. Now very happy with my vision, LVC looked after me extremely well, would recommend them from start to finish, very professional. Thanks to Dan and the team for looking after me so well. Aug 15,2023I got there early and was seen early which was a good start. Everyone is efficient and knows your history and why you are there. I was examined very thoroughly and then everything explained in detail. I am so happy with my Laser treatment and glad I went ahead.

Aug 13,2023Although the appointment was rarely ran on-time, I found this was because the staff do everything then can to make you feel comfortable and relaxed while going through several tests to get the best out of your eyes. All the staff at the LoVC are very helpful, very knowledgable, and very comforting. Everybody I had contact with was also very professional and I was even contacted to ensure everything was OK out of hours... I guess you do really get what you pay for. I would highly recommend LoVC if your thinking of having your eyes done (or if you're unsure and want advice) to use LoVC, I felt no pressure to have the surgery or to have my pockets emptied.

Aug 08,2023I’ve had short sightedness since I was 5 and my prescription was around -9. After treatment here my vision was +0.25. The results were nothing short of life changing. I was out at ease by all the professionals here about the procedure and I’m extremely satisfied with my choice of this clinic. Other places do offer cheaper solutions but honestly, all that matters is that the end result, especially for something that can only really be done once. Highly recommend.

Aug 07,2023The care and professionalism of the London vision clinic is beyond compare, I had an issue with the back of my eye, which I must stress was not related and prior to my laser eye surgery, the advice, patience, care and communication I received was exceptional all the way through, I have no hesitation in recommending the LOVC. If you have any concerns about the procedure or the care you will receive, look no further, you will be looked after before , during and after, if I could give 6 stars I would, (special mentions to Kate, Sharon & Glenn).

Aug 06,2023I would highly recommend the London vision clinic to anyone who is looking to get their eye sight corrected. I had my short sighted corrected from -8 and -7 and now have perfect vision. The care I received before, during and after was excellent.

Aug 06,2023Good, thorough assessment for the blended laser procedure. Well explained. The issue was with the way the clinic operates - last minute request to reschedule my appointment without trying to resolve the issue at their end first. Then circa 30 minute wait for my appointment.... Finally, the surgeon took ten days to review my file after the first consultation and only when repeatedly chased. And then I was advised that I am unsuitable for this treatment and they do not offer RLE which would be my alternative. Having wasted all this time and effort I wish I went with a clinic that could do RLE also in case I was not suitable for the blended laser surgery. Overall, frustrating experience with the clinic repeatedly apologising when I complained about them not providing good customer service just to continue behaving in this way. I would recommend choosing a clinic which offers a full suite of treatments and one that values its clients' time.
