Sep 02,2024LVC's care and professionalism is flawless. Documentation and face to face explanations were all so clear and reassuring, and I was given in plenty of time. Excellent advice, thorough checks and scans. I feel so very lucky to have had Mr Patel performing my surgery. My aftercare has also been exceptional. There's something about it being your eyes that means you have to have complete confidence to trust a clinic and a surgeon with something so precious. For me LVC and Mr Patel was the best.

Sep 01,2024Fabulous service and lens replacement - Best thing I ever did - I don’t know why I waited so long - I had every test going before diagnosis, I was unable to have laser treatment due to my prescription in one eye but at lease I was able to have lens repalcement.

Aug 30,2024This is by far THE BEST eye clinic that I have been to so far. I have attended this clinic for the purpose of surgery using the SMILE approach. 1. Kate O’Brien (the lead Patient Care Coordinator) is very helpful and coordinates everything for my visit very well. 2. Sharon carefully examined my eyes and discussed internally with other professors for 1 week and provided me with a very detailed, honest and transparent report I really appreciate Sharon and other staff being honest in reporting that I am unsuitable for this surgery. They refunded me all £500 that I paid for the consultancy as I was unsuitable they also provided me a report containing all the scans that they did for me. They CLEARLY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS, not just thinking about money.

Aug 03,2024Had ICL treatment last July at London Vision Clinic. Everything from the preoperative procedures to the treatment itself was done in a relaxed and comfortable manner. I'm absolutely thrilled with my vision after 12 months and every appointment has been thorough and totally professional throughout. I took a while to pluck up the courage to have ICL treatment but it's one of the best decisions I have ever made. I also took my partner here for Laser treatment this January and she is delighted with her treatment too.

Sep 17,2024Going to the London Vision Clinic to get laser eye surgery was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was 19 when I got the surgery and my prescription was -5 in both eyes with astigmatism of -1.25 so I basically couldn’t do anything without my glasses, and I had an extreme phobia of anything touching my eyes so I could not bare the thought of wearing contact lenses. I was initially very apprehensive to get laser eye surgery because I’m very squeamish when it comes to anything medical and I was afraid that I won’t be able to get through all the testing. However, the team at LoVC have been absolutely amazing at helping me to feel comfortable and well informed during all the testing pre-op. I had lots of questions and my optometrist (Sharon) answered all of them brilliantly, I felt like I was in really good hands. Also, the reception staff are super lovely and professional and were able to answer all of my queries over the phone. I met my surgeon (Prof Dan Reinstein) before the SMILE surgery and he reassured me once again that the procedure will be super easy and I won’t feel anything - and he was right! The surgery was so quick and absolutely painless, I felt so comfortable and relaxed. I’ve just had my 3 month post-op appointment with Nabila (who is also very gentle and lovely!) and my vision is better than 20/20! This experience has been life changing for me, every-day activities are so much easier without glasses and I am extremely happy that I got laser eye surgery. Prof Dan is truly incredible, his expertise is so evident when you meet him - he really is one of the best laser eye surgeons in the world. I recommend LoVC to everyone!
