Great communications when items were out of stock, they contacted me straight away to ask what I'd like to do. Great packaging as all good was delivered still frozen. All items were delivered in perfect condition. Good communication about delivery. Great range of vegetarian food. I used to go to the shop once a year, but this has made it a lot simpler for me. I recommend this store.

Zero customer support. They do not reply to emails. I was promised a refund for an incorrectly labelled item, and have been waiting for MONTHS. Abysmal.
