I have placed about 40 items in my second order with this online shop.I ordered fresh vegetables,frozen foods and dry items too. There were more than 10 items from the shipping list missing in the parcel I received. I had to work it out and contacted to the customer service when I received the parcel. But it was wasted too much time. It is a very poor service of picking, packing and shipping list processing. The online shop , customer service and the items and prices for the items are good. I wish they can improve in future. I received all the refunds for the missing items afterward. But I need my lemongrass for my catfish dishes. Not the refund. I had to change the cooking plan last minute because of the missing ingredients which showing in stock and shipped but missing in the parcel. It was very bad and very inconvenient for me as I did not have extra time to sort out. I know there is no perfect condition sometime but I expect I can cook something I plan to cook in order as per the shipment list. Customer service is the best though.

I am so pleased to find a shop selling Vietnamese products here in the UK. The parcel arrives quickly and well packaged. I would be delighted if in the future, you consider selling beef jerky and dried squid.

This on line shopping groceries is the best of the best so far. I am delighted. Quick delivery even frozen food. Absolute fair delivery charges. The prices are reasonable. .some are cheaper than other Asian food stores. Can't wait to buy for more. If your order was unavailable after you've paid.,they refund it quickly. Also returned customers will get discount.

These guys are great - Great variety of frozen, tinned, and fresh produce, competitively priced and speedily delivered. Only booboo was in last order when fresh leafy vegetables were packed touching an ice block - leading to blackened freezer burn. But for tinned and frozen goods they are unimpeachable - Highly recommended.
