Feb 07,2021Most of times, the service and quality of items are great. Relatively quick delivery. However, Longdan runs into occasions of missing out items (some not fully refunded), not the exact item ordered (i.e. different flavour of the same brand) or fresh items in worse conditions. This happens particularly common in fresh vegetables or herbs. A company with great potentials but really needs to improve their quality check.

Feb 04,2021Two items were missing from a £100+ order but when I informed the store they said that their order notes states that the items were included and asked that I check the products again, after a few emails back and forth, they said they will investigate. The missing items come to a small amount of around £6, from my experience of online shopping with other stores, I would get an apology and a refund straight away. This approach from the store is rather off putting to me and I an reluctant to shop with them again. One of the frozen item that I ordered smell off once defrosted in the fridge as there was a tear in the packaging and it must have been contaminated so I have had to put the whole thing into the bin. I am yet to see what the other frozen products will taste like once I defrost them but I am rather concerned after my first experience. The dry produce are packaged well and seem ok but I would advise all to stay clear of all frozen products as they do not arrive in a totally frozen state.

Dec 09,2020I ordered from their online store and was super impressed at how fast it arrived! I placed the order early in the morning had it had been dispatched by the afternoon and with me the following day in the late afternoon! All of their fresh groceries and frozen foods were well packaged too. Very good!
