Apr 08,2021I have been shopping with Longdan and enjoying their products and service for almost a year. Recently I bought a promotional product but was charged at full price. It was my mistake that I didn't check the total cost before making my payment. But anyway, I got in touch with Longdan and they responded immediately that the promotion was expired a week before but due to a technical issue the website was not updated at the time of my purchase. But they would refund me an equivalent to the promotion I should have got, and I received it on the following day. Couldn't be more pleased! Thank you Longdan for listening to and valuing your customers!

Me and my partner regularly buy from them every month with no issue. Once there was an out of date item among the products, which they immediately refunded for us and even provided discount code for next time purchase.

Mar 16,2021My experience with Longdan was quite positive, the frozen food was packaged really well and so were everything else. They do charge an extra for frozen delivery which is understandable of course. I would like to see more snack range if that's at all possible. Overall I would recommend it to anyone I know.

Apr 09,2021My only experience with this company has been great. There were two items from my (rather large) order that were out of stock and they contacted me about it straight away, refunding the one I didn't want to wait for. Everything was well packaged and prices are very competitive. I'm also quite happy with their selection, though it never hurts to have more snack options like Kit-Kats and even more mochi flavours. :) I will definitely be buying from them again.
