Feb 01,2024Driver was late by an hour, didn’t know how to find my address despite having my postcode. This is bad because the collection window was 3 hours. He also kept saying there’s no parking near my building when there was plenty. It sounded like he wanted me to walk up to his vehicle with that laundry. If your whole business is about selling convenience, then this experience is the opposite of it.

However I had a collection made 2.5 hours early a couple of days ago and this has happened more than once, so knocking off a point for that. You can also find that the receipt attached to your cleaning does not always tally with what you are charged. I don’t think this is trying to rip anybody off but can be a little offputting!

Jan 26,2024I had 2 coats dry cleaned by Love2Laundry. Both were returned completely covered in pet hair. I don’t have pets so this made no sense to me. I contacted customer service and they said they weren’t aware of the hair (slightly concerning that they didn’t notice it). I requested a refund and they refused, explaining that they cannot process a refund for a service that has already been provided. I argued that the service hasn’t been provided - my coats hardly feel clean when they’re covered in someone else’s pet’s hair. They are offering to recollect and fix the issue but after reading many of these reviews, I don’t trust that they’ll turn up in one piece. I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them.
