Jan 15,2024If you're weighing up your options - don't look here! Seriously. This 'business' will lose your clothes, then respond with automated messages and after that just play dead! I've been waiting for 6 months to get my money and clothes back - NOTHING. They have charged me over £300 for services I haven't received, lost a very expensive clothing item and when I tried to resolve it - at first - I received nothing but automated messages proclaiming how sorry they (AI bot) were. After about the 5th message someone replied - hallelujah - but when I told them about my issue, they started playing dead! This is unacceptable behavior from a legitimate business. I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere, take the 20p hit and get your clothes back elsewhere, trouble-free. Trust me. Its not worth it.

Jan 15,2024The process went smoothly, but the clothes had a strong smell (the one you can get when putting your clothes in a powerful dryer, even though I selected the medium intensity). I’m willing to give it another go with lighter drying option.

Jan 11,2024You failed to deliver my laundry on Monday and Tuesday. Today Wednesday stated you were unable to deliver it. No idea why you would say that . Video doorbell records that NO attempt was made for delivery today. Someone is lying - either head office who have lost my laundry or the driver who pretended that he ‘tried’ to deliver it. Update: they have now changed their tune and asked for more details as my laundry is currently not able to be located!! New update! I spoke with Hannah from the team and she explained what had happened to my laundry (probably gone to Air B&B). She immediately refunded what I had aid for the missing laundry, and is sending me FOC seven sheets and seven duvet covers. And if my laundry never turns up - £250. A fine resolution.

Jan 08,2024I have tried the ironing service so far, and we iron almost everything from bed linens to sweatshirts :) The overall quality is good. But the issue is if there's any query it goes to a bigus backend who's never able to clarify anything and it's always a callback which sometimes os very delayed and you've already been charged
