Left all clothes wet and unfolded, 2 bags unwashed. My dad is dying with chronic kidney failure and parkinsons disease and has severe incontinence despite wearing maximum absorbency pads. I informed the company of this at my first order as I use to regularly use them. I got a very insenstive email from someone called Fatima complaining about the state of the laundry, and their machinery and staff not being able to deal with the laundry, no call. It left me in tears I work full time, and look after my dad and relied in their service. Now my dad does not have enough dry clothes to wear and I will be awake all night. Fatima I hope you are never in my position. Most uncompassionate company ever..additionally only bag out of three washed although I was informed all bags were washed. Now in process of trying to get some sort of refund.

The driver did not come on time (more than an hour late) because the headquarter asked him to go elsewhere before coming here. I am not blaming the driver because he could not control on that, but rather headquarter who gave instruction. He was also confused by the situation. I've waited for more than an hour. I request compensation and part of refund due to the unsatisfactory service delivery.

Despite not showing up at the indicated time, they were quick to answer my email and offer a different date which they could provide the same service. However, I find that there is a lack of s quick option for the customer to reschedule the delivery/return time in case circumstances change unexpectedly.
Brilliant pick up and communication
I have to say, the first couple of experiences with Love2Laundry were pretty good. My laundry was collected as scheduled, returned clean and on time. The level of customer service gradually dropped over a period of time including delays collecting and returning (which was inconvenient but not the end of the world). I lost all confidence however when they returned another customers laundry to me and lost my own. I spent an hour on their online chat trying to resolve the issue. I repeatedly asked for a human being to pick up a phone and call me, but they would only speak to me online. My laundry was eventually returned to me, but they still(!) haven’t collected the other persons laundry (bed linen) I inadvertently received over a month ago. They don’t really seem to care. It’s a shame, as I had high hopes. UPDATE: There seems to be (more) confusion on your part as your driver collected the missing laundry this morning, after many failed attempts. The lack of competency (which your own customer service representative agreed with!) is truly astounding. Of course things go wrong occasionally (we’re only human after all) but you failed miserably to put things right on a countless number of occasions. Incidentally, the £50 to which you refer wasn’t payment to return someone else’s laundry, it was a suggested good-will gesture as compensation for the extraordinary inconvenience I have endured. Even yesterday, you failed to collect the laundry in the 3hr time slot advised. That was almost 5 weeks after you originally delivered the wrong items. How many other customers laundry have you lost? I hope you will finally be able to return this poor customers laundry and we can draw a line under this terrible experience.
