The services are unreliable and we can never get our laundry picked up on time/delivered on time despite paying for it extra to have a fixed pick up/drop off time. Multiple times we have had other peoples laundry delivered and even with extra items from other people laundry such as smart watches etc. this clearly shows that the services do not have any care towards the items they take. Our bedding was all pink when it came back from them, we only got £5 discount for the next pick up. Never using it again!!! Avoid especially with expensive garments and your loved clothes as it will 100% get ruined. Customer service team are as dodgy! They do not give out complaints procedure and just takes a phone number and name to which no one ever responds. Outrageous!
