I really appreciate love2laundry and how reliable they are. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to use the washing machine at my accommodation, so to know that I finally found a reliable laundry service is a relief.
The first time I used Love2laundry the clothes that I received was well washed and dry, both the black and the colored one, the laundry followed the my instruction about the way I wanted to be washed and dry, the clothes was perfect as I washed them from myself. This time instead I received the black t-shirt in bad way. Some of t-shirt, 2 black still had white dirt from the armpit deodorant as if they had been washed with little detergent or no detergent had arrived them. After my review the manager of Love2laundry replyed saying that was going to investigate. Afrer that he sent me email explain to me that in the normal laundry the stain in the items is not checked individually so it can happen. The manager with the apologies offer me a complementary wash free for 6kg bag and £15 credit on my account. I accepted and I sent with the complementary wash free bag of laundry a double bed set to wash, dry and ironing that was returned clean and tidy. For me the trust is restaured. Thanks.

Glitchy app. My order disappeared, then received an email and a £5 charge for cancelling my order. About 20 minutes later received an email with tracking details for the driver. By this time, I’d arranged collection from a different company. Ridiculous and annoying service. I needed my laundry sorting today and a reliable company. This is not. I didn’t cancel, got charged and then driver on way! Extremely confusing and expensive service.
It's been 7 months since all my items were lost, no communication no payment till now. Lines are not picked up, calls are not returned but promos & offers keep coming . Absolutely disgusted with the service
It was the most dreadful experience, absolutely shocking service. Lost the washing, people trying to cover it up by emailing and calling via their personal email and mobile. Taking 24 hours to locate the washing, not understanding any of the instructions given. Messing up across all communication, missed returns, just from start to finish, appalling service. It's really not worth it. Try any other company than Love2Laundry. They should not be trading with such dreadfully low standards.
Efficient and reliable
Having previously been a satisfied customer of Love2Laundry, I was not expecting my opinion of them to plummet through the floor after a nightmare experience with my wedding suit. Aside from the enormous sentimental value it holds, my wedding suit was a pricey purchase, so I expected it - and in fact any item given to Love2Laundry - to be treated with care and respect throughout the dry cleaning process. Regrettably, the exact opposite occurred. My suit was returned with a substantial hole in it, which I was told was likely - although not irrefutably - the work of a moth, the hole only becoming clear during the dry cleaning process. On the balance of probabilities, while very disappointing, I accept this could be a likely explanation for the hole. But it was what happened next, and Love2Laundry’s value of me as a customer, which means they will never again have my money. I assume there are no quality control checks in place as I was not informed of the damage to my suit at any point. And the hole was not there when I gave my suit to the courier for collection. After contacting customer service and explaining what had happened, I was told my suit would be collected again and the damage assessed. I was told the suit would be collected on Monday, December 9. I folded the suit up neatly and placed it in a black, plastic bag ready for collection. No one came. It was collected the following day. After eight days with Love2Laundry - and no correspondence from them in the meantime - I chased to see what was happening. Who knows if the suit which I cherish so much was ever checked. Not once did I receive an update on its condition, or any indication it was even being looked at. So, once again, with it falling to me to reopen dialogue, I emailed and was duly told the suit would be returned to me on Thursday, December 19. Lo and behold it wasn’t. It was finally delivered the following night. Two dates given - both wrong. How does this happen? Additionally, I thought there might have been a minor pressing of the suit - at least ironing out any creases - when it was returned, perhaps as a small gesture of goodwill. But no. The suit was given back to me in the same bag I used for collection, albeit with the items bundled together in a ball, thus rendering totally useless the dry cleaning service I had already paid for. I contacted customer service again to complain and was offered 15 per cent off my next order, and was told they hoped this was a ‘satisfactory’ outcome to the entire episode. A few days later I received a text - I assume sent to all Love2Laundry customers with a phone number on their database - offering 15 per cent off an order. Great. So all I was offered was the same promotion everyone else received. There was absolutely zero point to my efforts to engage Love2Laundry into a meaningful dialogue regarding the care of my suit. All I am left with is a ruined wedding suit and regret at the pointless time wasted trying to come to a resolution. The one good thing? I can in all good faith and conscience recommend NEVER using Love2Laundry.

Communication and friend staff pick up are great. Easy to book online, pick up and return. Communication via email when the pick up and drop off. If driver can't find the items, they will ring you. I've used this company a few times already. I do recommend them. Fast delivery and come on time.
They ruined my blazer, the scarf I sent is still stained, and they charged me extra than the prices in the website. Don’t recommend at all.
Good first experience, app is easy to use and customer service get back to you very quickly. Will be using again for large items.
