Communication is good – they tell you if, for example, a duvet needs a second clean to ensure it really IS clean (this happened to me earlier this year). They also seem utterly unfazed by bedding that was covered in cat hair and soiled by a mildly incontinent cat while we were away – and simply got it sorted! For which – THANK YOU! Well worth the money. I am never going to need their service every week, but they are my go-to laundry service in a number of circumstances, and I would happily recommend on the basis of number of transitions/experiences.

Sep 14,2023Our washing machine broke down just as we came back from holiday (so yes, lot of washing) and we were unable to get a replacement quickly. Love2Laundry came to the rescue by collecting our washing that same day and turning it around within 2 days. The process was super quick and super easy and I was impressed with how clean and well folded the clothes were - they also smelled great!

Sep 13,2023The collection date was changed last minute without consulting me. The delivery date was also changed on the dau without consulting me. But worst of all, of the two items i had washed only one feels like it's been washed - a large blanket. My duvet smells exactly the same as it did when it was collected. It does not look or smell clean at all! I don't think they washed it at all. What a waste of money.

I called to clarify and the number provided on email is just an answering service and could only pass along message- could not answer my question. When dropping off order he forgot the shirts on hangers and had to go back. Actual laundry was great. The pick up and drop off not so much. I didn’t stick around for another order.

Sep 12,2023I've had a highly disappointing experience with Love2Laundry, and I've decided not to use their service again. Initially, my laundry came back fine on the first two occasions, with the correct washing settings and proper presentation. However, on the last occasion, a significant portion of my clothes appeared crumpled, as if they had been dried at a high heat setting, despite my consistent request for a medium heat setting. I had to iron them on a high setting to remove the wrinkles. Additionally the clothes did not smell as thought they has been washed properly, necessitating that I air them out in the garden for two days which is unacceptable. It took them over two weeks to resolve the issue, and I received a reply offering a 15% discount off my next order, which I find ridiculous since this is something they offer in their promotional emails that I receive regularly. They also offered to collect washing 2 weeks later. This should have been done the moment I complained. I had to follow up with them twice to get a response. I intend to dispute this with my payment advisor, as their customer service team was unable to handle this issue appropriately.
