The whole Loveitts team, including Steve and Jason, have been great and have always tried to be accommodating.

Aug 03,2022I'm sad I can't use offensive words to describe the lettings team. In response to your reply message. This is the point, we had to go to onbudsman to have our case resolved, which took a year. Not satisfied with the customer service from Loveitts.

The service and efficiency was excellent and we were kept up to date all of the time. A very difficult time selling mums house was made easier by the excellent service we had. I would not hesitate to recommend Loveitts

And throughout the process, the Loveitts team kept their cool and got the house sold. They most certainly earnt their fee from my house and then probably more. A huge shout out to the entire team, but particularly Jas, Chelsea, Jamie and Michelle who were fantastic. Thanks Everyone!!!

As a first time landlord the team at Loveitts answered all my questions and reassured me each stage of the rental. There always at the end of the phone or email to answer any questions/enquires that I might have. As with all new ventures there has been some bumps along the way however these have been dealt with quickly and efficiently leading to a successful rental.

They explained the whole process, entered the property into an auction much sooner than I expected and kept me informed at regular intervals throughout. Sara advised me on the guide /reserve price according to the level of interest generated and she was absolutely spot on with her advice. The property achieved more than we expected and was all completed with the money in the bank in 4 weeks without any problems. What an excellent service! Thank you Sara, Chloe and the auction team for all your help and advice, I would most definitely recommend you to anyone or indeed use your services again myself in the future.
