Jul 19,2022On my experience I would certainly recommend people to use Loveitts if looking to sell a property at auction. From the initial meeting to dealing with matters post auction I found the whole team to be very professional, efficient and friendly. Sound advice re pre auction offers received was provided and I was very happy with the auction result. I have no qualms in recommending them nor in using them again.

Jul 18,2022Never auctioned a property before. I was under the impression my property could go for a lot less than I wanted and it was a gamble. This isn’t true. I had a reserve and got more than reserve. And we started off at a low price too! Gets them interested. The turn around time is 28 days for payment so that’s a positive… or like us we agreed at the beginning with one bidder if they were to win then we would wait a few more weeks. Also, you. CAn decide if the property is empty or not so the buyer takes on that responsibility as long as you put it in the pack. Great team. sara and Chloe were very helpful from start to finish. They even do all the viewings for you which is included in the small fee they charge to list. You only pay another fee if the property sells and it’s very reasonable.

Jul 15,2022We have used the letting services of Loveitts for a number of years. Avril and Lauren are true professionals! They have recently managed a very difficult tenant with exceptional patience and maintained a professional and firm stance at all times, despite the tenant being abusive and displaying ridiculous and uncooperative behaviour. They are expert in their field, their knowledge of the letting business is second to none. They have guided and protected us as Landlords and for that we are truly grateful. I would highly recommend their services, they are truly genuine and nice people.

Jul 15,2022I have been with loveitts for about 6 or 7 years now they have helped me out such alot. I was young when I went with them for my first property and I searched for other places under private rent and they just looked at me as if to say I would have loads of party's and destroy the place. but I then went to lovitts and the staff at lovitts didn't look at me like that at all and was very helpful and I am grateful for them. I got a small flat with them and was cheap until then after being with them for about 4 or 5 years I came pregnant with my first child and I needed to upgrade I phoned up and told them and avril and Lauren helped me get a 2 bedroom house and I now have been living in my house for 2 years they have helped me out with other things aswell that is personal but if I struggle avril and Lauren are both understanding and other staff that work there. I would highly recommend them as they are always helpful and will try their best to find a property to suit you and your needs. From pamela

Jul 15,2022Only at the start was there a wobble, originally didn’t pick up that there was a clause on the house that might have disqualified me from buying, but it wasn’t obvious in the house deeds so entirely forgivable. Ever since after that have been great, Michelle was well informed and kept us in the loop with comms, far from an easy move but she was a rock throughout, she went on holiday towards the end (After we were supposed to have completed anyway) and she passed everything on to Jamie who was on top of things as soon as he picked it up. Couldn’t be happier with the service, thanks to everyone

Jul 09,2022We chose Loveitts to sell our parents house and have been so glad we did so. We’ve had excellent care and service and advice from their wonderful Sales Team, especially Jason Peters, Steve James and Michelle Barnett. These wonderful people kept us informed at all times about the Marketing, Viewings, Offers, Sales Progression and a whole host of associated issues. Dealing with this Sales Team made what has been a sad process of selling our parents home painless and allowed us to have a deep sense of satisfaction now that the sale has gone through. I would definitely use them again and would recommend these Estate Agents to anyone.

Jul 07,2022After renting our home for over 10 years we checked if we could buy it and luckily it was up for sell and we were given the first offer which we accepted From this point we had a visit from Paul Barnes a very humble professional realtor he did the inspection and listened to all we had to say and more. He helped us with the negotiations as we had our suggested offer. When all was in place we were handed to Michelle Barnett who again was exceptional and so helpful. As first time buyers we had no idea of the processes and despite being in the sellers side she was there for us 24/7 to answer our quest and guide us. We could have not wished for any other team than Loveitts and no other than Paul and Michelle. Thanks so much And to finish it off when handing over the keys she gave us a New Home Owners gift with all the goodies and cleaning stuff one needs on your day one in a new home I got home feeling like this was a new home. In my words I said to my husband ‘Michelle had made me feel like I have just moved from our house into our home’ and was all excited. Thumbs up to Team Loveitts and to Michelle and Paul

Jul 06,2022Although I have been associated with Loveitts for a number of years on the Letting side of the business, this is the first time I have used their services to sell a property. A single phone call to enquire resulted in a next-day visit from Mr Paul Barnes who explained very clearly exactly what was required from us, and a likely timescale. He then said that our sale would be handled personally by Michelle Barnett who immediately rang me to introduce herself sounding both knowledgeable and friendly. Our sale completed today with the various hold-ups being sorted out by Michelle dealing personally with the Buyers and keeping things on track. I felt quite happy to depart on a 2 week holiday abroad during the process knowing that all was in good hands. Would I use Loveitts again? Going by this example, most definitely. Many thanks.

They provided a great service, with Sally, Sara, Chloe and Lisa in particular working hard to advise us on selling via auction or traditional way, explain the auction process, advise on guide price, put us in touch with an EPC provider and marketing the property.Then on the day at auction the auctioneer was very impressive. Throughout the process, Loveitts were available for us if we needed to ask questions, they proactively kept us updated, and we were confident they were doing everything to get the best sale price for us. We also commissioned Emma at Loveitts to provide a RICS valuation, which was done promptly and professionally.
