Very easy to navigate website with a simple order process. Live web chat was speedy. An excellent service. Two negatives: TNT who delivered my products failed to phone me prior to delivery even though it was clearly stated on my item packaging and probably the paperwork. The fitting instructions for my shower enclosure omitted a few critical details which LCP were unable to resolve although they did try.

Whilst one the radiators I received had to be returned due to a manufacturing fault the speed at which Low Cost Plumbing Supplies sent out the original order and the replacement radiator deserves them a full 5 star rating.

I purchased a shower tray and three sided glass shower enclosure from Low Cost Plumbing Supplies, towards the end of 2015. Due to a combination of health and elderly parents, the project was delayed for 9 months. When the shower tray was fitted, a flaw in the mould of the shower, meant the glass would not sit flat, on the tray. Despite the fact that I didn't have any paperwork, Andy & Mark, went "the extra-mile" in trying to resolve this problem. With agreement from the manufacturer, the tray was replaced and sent out the very same day. I was regularly informed of the situation with phone calls and emails. It is so refreshing to have such personal service in the modern world of call centres and dealing with people, who are clearly not based in the Country you reside. Thank you guys for all your help in bringing this episode to a very happy conclusion.

I ordered the shower screen at the weekend and it was available to be delivered on Tuesday - now that's what I call service! The shower screen itself is of very good quality and was carefully packaged. I have already recommended Low Cost Plumbing Supplies to my friends.

We had ordered a shower screen and a shower tray. We were expecting it within 2-3 days, after it had not arrived I called to Low Cost Plumbing Supplies and the issue was resolved immediately, our order sent on the next day and extra fee for quick delivery was refunded.

I ordered the radiator on Friday and it was with me on Monday. It was the best price I could find and it was also free delivery so couldn't fault the service and value for money. The radiator itself looks to be of very good quality although I am waiting for my plumber to fit it still! Would have no hesitation in recommending this company and the radiator.
