I wanted a pretty specific shower enclosure and found that low cost plumbing supplies offered the one I wanted at the best price. the enclosure was delivered by a very nice delivery man who brought it all into the house where I wanted it. Later I discovered that a small (none essential) part was missing, I emailed lowcostplumbing and received a very quick response apologising and saying it was in the post to me now, received the next morning via first class post. I couldn't fault their service, products or prices at all. Highly recommended. I only wish all the other bathroom retailers I have dealt with recently were as quick at resolving issues and replying to emails.

I received an email saying th eproduct would arrive on a weds - i waited in all day and nothing, i rung them up to chase and someone had made an error and it wouldn't be delivered until Monday the following week. Then on Monday it got to 3pm and still nothing called them again and they said they would look into it and call me back but nothing, then chased them again to find out the van woul dbe there in an hours time. The boiler itself was gret and the delivery man was good but the customer service was not good.

Bought a Biasi boiler, about 80 pounds cheaper than Screwfix. Very fast delivery. Small problem with flue kit was resolved at super speed. Great people to deal with.

Had problem with goods damaged in transit. They immediately arranged replacement from manufacturer which arrived with in 48 hours and also phoned several times to tell me what was going on. Nice to see a ersonal service. Its when things go wrong that really good companies stand out ,and this is one.

Very fast and trouble free service. The customer service staff even waived the normal Saturday delivery fee, as they were delivering nearby anyway.

I ordered the radiators from this site not knowing much about what I was needing. I had also used a BTU calculator to help with sizing. The specification on the site was easy to follow the radiator arrived, Just what I wanted. Well made and look very neat for a K2 radiator. The delivery service was a little disappointing. When the driver arrived he asked if there was someone available to assist lifting them as the radiators are heavy.
