Sep 04,2013great company to buy from. The prices were good and the shower cubicle and tray were a very good quality and it was a fast delivery. I rang to query something and the person I spoke to was very good at explaining what part I needed to order. The only thing I would say is please can you put an explanation about upstands on shower trays on your website as I found it difficult to comprehend what they were and whether I needed to buy a shower tray with or without them. I will definitely purchase from them again in the future thanks.

Sep 04,2013your bath was the best that i could find with the amount of space that we had the bath panels were very good but a bit fidally to fit as i had to make up some brackets for it but the extra work was well worth it it looks the best that i have seen i shall be telling others about you

Sep 04,2013Had a real problem locating 16mm to 15mm reducers. Discovered that my bathroom and kitchen had been plumbed with non standard copper tubes years ago. Spent a day driving around Kent with the plumber trying to locate above reducers with no luck . We found what we wanted onloine with Low Cost, job done and I bought some spares for any future surprises.
