Mar 08,2017Bought a radiator which arrived damaged because of inadequate packaging. The seller immediately organized a replacement and phoned to check if all is good, Cannot comment on the radiator because it is not yet installed. Recommended shop.

Mar 05,2017The national supplier consigned a duff radiator and, I think, knew it. However, Low Cost Plumbing Supplies arranged a replacement immediately, which was fine. But, had my pumber not got other work to do in my house, it might have cost me.

The products I received were very high quality and really great value. I made one or two mistakes with the specification of my order, but the excellent customer service I received sorted everything out and in a pleasant and knowledgeable way. They are great people to deal with.

Mar 10,2017I ordered the FARAL radiator late on a Monday afternoon and did not expect it to arrive until at least the Friday. It arrived well packaged on the Wednesday midday. My heating boiler was awaiting replacement and the system was already drained down so I was able to fit the radiator the next day. Excellent service: I am very impressed!
