Jul 12,2016Very impressed with the customer service - I had a problem with the shower I had ordered - my fault - and they arranged to have it collected and the new one dropped off at the sametime all within 72 hours of my first email. They responded to my emails very quickly and took the stress out of the whole situation. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Jun 25,2016My first shower tray arrived badly damaged...could be tnt delivery damage. So I contacted polite staff members who assured me a new one would be delivered the next day. A bag of fittings arrived but no shower tray. Now I get sent an email to fill in a review and I still haven't received my order. Not very good when ur workmen are relying upon the arrival and work is now pushed back a week at least!

I needed some advice and clarification regarding the shower screen and shower tray (position of plughole for example). Adam couldn't have been more helpful. Also although delivery was shown to be between 3 and 5 days, i asked if it could possibly be delivered sooner, it was delivered the next day by a friendly driver who advised me in advance of his likely arrival time. All staff that i talked to were friendly, helpful and extremely efficient. I highly recommend Low Cost Plumbing Supplies. Thank you.
