The only other comment is: for express delivery in 2-4 days, the first day is actually day 2 from the date of order not day 1, which is slightly misleading (and should have been mentioned very clearly and not in small prints).

Mar 06,2024It’s 17 days since I placed my order I contacted you after 12 days to try and cancel it because it was taking so long and you told me You couldn’t cancel it, because it was already on the way and gave me a tracking number so when I tried the tracking number it says it’s waiting for it to be sent to them So on top of not being very helpful, I was also lied to will not use this company again, order number 2000035178

Feb 25,2024A well designed radiator to replace one that had started to leak between joints. LCPS were the only firm to offer a radiator exactly the same size as my old Aelrad, which made connecting up to existing pipework easy. Very speedily delivered.

Feb 15,2024Ordered a large stone resin shower tray Good service price & well packaged just as well as the driver who delivered it said it toppled over in the van so obviously not strapped down properly but have to blame delivery firm for that otherwise would have been a 5 star

Feb 09,2024Really poor service from order to delivery, I had to make several telephone calls to them to complain about the wrong part they sent and it took me several phone calls to ask them to process my refund. It has taken 2 weeks to receive my credit and it was wrong, I had to make another call to chase them. Shocking service and I will certainly not be using this company again. I would advise perspective buys to think twice about using them.
