Dec 27,2024Luggage to the ship was great. Leaving the ship I did not realize I would need to take the luggage off the ship myself and meet a luggage forward rep outside the port. This disrupted my transport to the airport since I could not return through security to take the scheduled bus transport. I doubt I will use this service again when cruising. Your main office was a great help when I received a scam notice that my luggage did not have the correct address and I would need to pay extra to have it shipped home properly.

Luggage Forward was able to schedule the pick-up when it worked for me, I saw my bagged tracked as it made it's way from LA to Athens, and it was in my cabin when I got to the Viking cruise. It took three flights to get to Athens from LA, and since I don't check-in bags anymore (just asking for trouble) and knew that schepping a heavy carry-on and backpack was going to be too much for me, so sending the bag ahead worked out perfectly.

Tags come in a timely fashion; pickup is on schedule; delivery has been earlier than estimated; and the luggage has arrived in good condition. Customer service is also available and helpful.

Dec 28,2024Luggage was collected within the time frame. Luggage was delivered to our river cruise in Amsterdam prior to our arrival. One key item was our cruise company changed vessels, and advised after our luggage had been collected. However, this made no difference int eh delivery. Well done!
