Sep 23,2024Can’t recommend as would have no confidence that luggage contents wouldn’t be removed without valid justification, as I lost over 80 everyday items / £1000, on first use of service. Things like toothpaste and toothbrush, shampoo, sun cream, false nails etc. nothing in the dangerous goods category referenced. Claims and Support Services also give false hope of resolving your issues before totally ignoring your correspondence and failing to give a formal Complaints Procedure leaving you nowhere to go! Over half a dozen emails now unanswered over the last month. A separate claim for a damaged suitcase was settled but not without a drawn out process with starting point of Luggage Forward arguing that it was not eligible for compensation as cosmetic damage only!

Sep 23,2024Shipping a large suitcase made our coach tour of Britain much simpler. The ship was slow to deliver the bag to our stateroom (it arrived minutes be fore the ship left port) but that had nothing to do with the timely delivery to the ship

Every question we had was immediately followed up by by a real, genuine and professional person (no chatbots or endless waiting for a response with this company). When we asked to modify our booking from two suitcases to one, we were refunded immediately. The information provided was clear and the follow-up of our booking and transport of our suitcase perfectly executed. Our suitcase was waiting for us in our cruise ship cabin. I would not hesitate to use their services again which are especially helpful for people on a long journey spanning different climates and/or who are elderly or disabled.
