Fast, reliable service, luggage got there 1day early. Delivery driver however,just left the luggage at the front door, didn't even ring the doorbell to let us know that it's there. We were home,so we just noticed it later.
The only thing we didn’t like was the tracking was not kept up to date. Everything else was great.

Our luggage that was shipped to the Four Seasons from Home arrived luggage was dirty and luggage straps were extremely soiled. Not sure I will ship luggage again

We were doing a short pre-cruise program in Prague before our 17 day cruise out of Rome. We appreciated the chance to just live out of our carry-on for a few days in Prague, fly to Rome and reunite with our main luggage bags when we boarded the ship and opened our stateroom door. The process with Luggage Forward was an easy, step by step experience. We were provided updates until our bags were handed to the cruise ship on embarkation day. It was a great way to travel international and intra Europe.
Some confusion at the beginning, but they made up for it by getting our bag home several days early!

since you lost luggage and we almost had to leave on viking cruise with out luggage and only saved when viking went looking on other viking ships for suitcase, have to give a bad review.trip from Scandinavia both ways was great in '23 but this was not and coming back, having to sort out mess of luggage at I think NYC port authority a mess and then take luggage to your people a pain. I use a wheel chair so....all fell to strong husband. we have pulled out anymore big trips anyway. just so much really hard for me.
Luggage was waiting for us at the ship. It came home to us in good condition and on time.

Simple and easy pick-up and delivery, However our bags were totally destroyed. Handle was torn off one bag and the other terribly soiled, it was also written on with a marker with what appears to be a reference number. Neither bag will ever be able to be used again. Would not again use or recommend the service.

Sep 18,2024Luggage Forward was wonderful. Everything about the transaction was great. Easy to set up online, receiving the luggage tags, installing the luggage tags. Company rep on site - RCL cruise ship. Julia was super friendly, explained everything and corrected a couple of mistakes I made with ease. Any company would be lucky to have her working for them. When we left the ship, our luggage was brought through customs by a porter and Luggage Forward people were right there to take it from us. Easy. Tracking information was sent to us during all phases and the luggage was at our front door 3 days early. Fantastic company.
