Jun 26,2024We used Luggage Forward to ship our suitcase from US to Stockholm to a Viking cruise ship. It was picked up at our door and we could track the location along the trip. We read the instructions carefully and made sure we only packed what was allowed so no issues at all getting through customs. It was there waiting for us and the only time we touched the suitcase was to bring it in the room and then setting it back out when we departed. Airports were busy and it was nice to pass up the long lines at the airport and customs. It was expensive but made our long trip much less stressful. It is a service worth the cost and we will definitely use again.

Jun 25,2024when I was linked to TSA guidelines yet told I could not pack things TSA allows like unlimited hand sanitizer and coffee -- I found it too restrictive and ended up hand carrying these things in my carryon bag. Either you honor TSA guidelines or you don't. Do not link 'customers' to TSA then ADD MORE restrictions on top of those. Unacceptable. that said, the pickup and delivery of my luggage went fine. But carrying far more than I'd planned was eye opening.

Jun 25,2024Service was reliable and the suitcase was delivered earlier than promised. That was a bit annoying because I paid a bit extra to have it arrive by Friday of the week and it arrived that Monday. I could have paid the regular rate and still received the suitcase well before I arrived.

Jun 25,2024The labels were received as promised and the golf clubs were picked up as scheduled. They were delivered to Scotland at the correct location and a day or two earlier than anticipated. The return of the clubs was done exactly as we had been told and they were returned to our home earlier as well.

They stayed in contact with us going overseas and back. The suitcase was in perfect condition when it was returned. We are very satisfied customers!!!!!

When he finally was able to talk with someone, they said they never called him because there was nothing to tell him- the bag was still lost.
