Dec 16,2024Bought few months ago a pair of Versace trainers which i was really proud of it in terms of the way they looked as a design , as soon as they arrived they were professional packed with certificates nice bag nice box all good.First day i worn them i had white sox i rember just after an hour when i took the sox out they become blue toward black from the interior of the shoes... i said to myself no problem it will go away one day until yesterday being on the train going out i was looking down to admire them i have noticed the front of both of them on outside got unglued i went just shocked and disapointed in the same time to see them after i spent few hundreds of pounds lile that! I can mention i use this pair of trainers no more then maximum 7 times in their life! Not even had the chance to wash them once or wipe them for dirt as they still are looking new!

Dec 14,2024I am very disappointed, I ordered the clothes on 2.12. and 13.12. The package was supposed to arrive by the end of the day. The status on LVR app is that the package has been delivered. DHL tracking says that the package has been handed over to a third party and that information about the package is not available. The customer support from LVR rudely replied that the package had been delivered, Dhl customer service does not provide any information on when the package might arrive and whether it will arrive at all. Based on all of the above, I've wasted my time and money. Information is impossible to get and the disrespect for customers and their money is a big zero!

Dec 13,2024Disappointed with my first purchase. The size guide is generic and not specific to the product. A waste of time and money with 16.00 euro shipping fees. Will not be buying from here again. Thanks for your response below… but why would you make it so complicated for customers and have a size guide associated with a product that’s isn’t accurate!? Furthermore you expecting the customer to do the work!? Makes no sense.

Dec 13,2024Ho comprato sabato 8/12 e ad oggi ancora non ho ricevuto nulla! Hanno spedito la merce ma DHL prima mi dava consegna il 12/12, poi annullata e quando ho chiamato DHL buttano giù, non rispondono! Scritto tramite e-mail a Luisa via Roma ma anche loro tramite email non rispondono mai! Come si fa a parlare direttamente con loro???

Dec 19,2024Aucun sens client je suis très déçue Pull commandé 530€ Ami puis reçu alors qu’une remise s’appliquait 2 jours après de 30% sur 530, soit 165€ de moins j’ai fait la demande d’un geste commercial qui m’a été refusé… en indiquant « retourner votre pull et recommandez avec la remise » Vraiment oui très déçue
